Ok things go wrong. So I reported not received via the assistant. A real person got back to me with a reply. Package had been released from customs should be delivered next day and it was. Shoes are great and no customs charge which you get sometimes. Will be using again. Thankyou
The quality is unbelievable recommend to everybody
I had a quality problem with loafers which i bought a few months ago. I trusted the brand again and bought the new Aldley in leather and after only 2 times of use, the leather along the front seam got separated and damaged. Customer service denied this to be quality defect and said it is normal for natural leather. Very disappointing! Never again to trust this brand and their quality

After carefully reviewing the photos provided, our team did not identify signs of a manufacturing defect such as splitting or cracking. The marks visible along the front seam appear consistent with natural creasing, which can occur as genuine leather adapts to movement and the shape of the foot, even after limited wear.

Great quality shoes, very good webshop, useful advice on choosing a size, fast delivery.
Appalling, they never respond to messages. I placed an order since the 26th Dec 2025, I have not received it.
It appears their international customers mean nothing. Which is fine, I just want my money back!
I am sure that I will never order anything from them, ever again.

I bought a pair of shoes for 200 EUR, tried them on at home to see if they fit, but decided to send them back, and never received a refund! Customer service claimed the shoes seemed worn, without providing any reasonable proof of this. As a result, I haven't received either the shoes or a refund! They've stopped responding to my multiple emails, and phone customer service is never available to answer my calls.
The store is definitely not worthy of the Trusted Shops Guarantee label displayed on their site. Avoid this store at all costs!

This is my secret & favorite brand. Top quality and unique design. I think in all these years I have ordered maybe 12 pairs (in Germany)? Wished they woud give me a discount, because they shoud know I am the most loyal M&H customer on earth ;)
Please, please never sell this company. Every time when this happens, prices go up and quality down.
For me these shoes are as good as any you will find on Jermyn Street, for a fraction of the cost.
