I had bought an electric nail drill about 6 months ago and it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement immediately. They had also kept me informed right up to and even after I received the replacement. Best customer service department I have ever dealt with!! Will definitely be purchasing from this company again!!

Fantastic customer service. I recently bought a new drill because my old one gave out on me. The hand piece on the new drill stopped working on me and they were so quick to send me a replacement. I will always recommend them!

Customer service is excellent! The reason for the 4 stars is I bought a nail drill for my wife for Christmas and four months later it just quit working. The drill itself works excellent. They replaced the drill very quickly once we proved it was not working.

A few months ago I ordered a 2in1 dust collector and drill. The drill stopped working within the 15months guarantee so I reached out to customer services. They were very kind and sent me a replacement drill for which I only paid shipping. However that arrived with the exact same fault I complained about. So I reached out once again and they were extremely helpful for the second time, only this time they sent the entire 2in1 for free. Extremely professional and understanding of them. I’ve had the new 2in1 for jus over a month now with no issues so far :)

I emailed the company after my efile began to malfunction- they sent a replacement SO FAST! I received the new part within three days of reporting the issue. Unbelievable, incredible customer service at MelodySusie- and their products are such good quality! I will continue to be a loyal customer ❤️

This is my second drill as I have worn out my first, the hand piece started to play up, contacted the most amazing, helpful and efficient customer service who sent a replacement out...would not hesitate to recommend.

Melody Sussie staff were also proactive in offering me substitute nail tools when out of stock of the ones I ordered. Amazing response time as well!

Machine stopped working in 2 months but customer service got back to me within that same night once I did the feedback on the machine! Very helpful and made me feel amazing. They generously will send me a new one. Will keep an update when it arrives and how it goes

Bought a couple of efile from Melody Susie and the customers service is great responded almost straight away. And sending me a replacement.
