Absolutely dreadful products. I sent them back and never got a refund. Drop shipping at its worst.

They offered me a refund but I have not received anything yet !!

Wow, I wish I would've read reviews on this "company" before placing an order. I ordered two dresses. One came pretty quickly, and while it wasn't the quality or really even the color I thought it would be, it was still cute and fit me so I let the quality/color issue go. At the same exact time and in the same order I ordered a second dress that has still not arrived and it's been over a month since I ordered it. I have sent multiple emails asking for an update on the shipping (as I ordered the dress for a wedding and the event is in three days--I never thought it would take this long to receive it). I have received no responses, and have been quite polite until today I finally sent an email discussing how disappointed I am in the complete lack of customer service and let them know that since I cant reach them for a cancellation and refund, I will be disputing the amount of the second dress with my bank. Since I've received no product and no communication about the product, I'm considering it fraud and stealing. I hope this website gets shut down for the scam that it is, and I sincerely hope other people are smarter than I was and choose to research companies before placing orders.

SCAM, fell for an instagram ad and the dress I ordered came in and it's actually such a joke. Not at all close to what the product looked like. It probably was $2 to make and I spent over $50 for it.

NOTHING like the picture. I ordered an XS dress and is gigantic, not sure what to do because it took more than a month to get here , PAYING EXTRA to get faster

If I could leave ZERO I WOULD ! Never ever buy from this Rip off China company . I made a Christmas pajamas purchase and they were ugly mishapen not sized well horrible $200 worth for my entire family four women . They were ugly atrocious, they allowed me to return them . So I shipped them back priority, tracking , signed for cost me $30 more and now they won’t REFUND MY MONEY ! So now I’m out the Pajamas and out my money and they won’t respond to email or amAFFIRM OR MYSELF! That was December and this is now March. Pure Trash 🚮 🗑️ Do Not BuY or Trust the Rip Off Mellow Mode site ! Ever

I ordered a dress from here which took about 5 weeks to be delivered!! When I opened the package it was not only the absolute wrong dress, but horrendously cheaply made a completely different dress from the pictures.

I emailed and requested the real dress or a refund and im being ignored.

DONT SHOP HERE!!

WRONG items, ofcourse you can't return them without paying hundreds of dollars and tge garbage they sent is hideous so a complete waste of $160. DON'T BUY

I received two dresses from you ,but they are not as advertised. They is no embellishment on any of the dresses!

I bought a pink dress described as having sequins on the neckline and accenting the design. The model in the Instagram video that lured me in was wearing a dress with sequins and embellishment and DESCRBED the beautiful detailing. That is not what I received. I received a dress made of cheap material with a *photo*of sequins on the fabric. I have sent 4 emails to the company and no response.

I ordered a sweater a month ago and still haven’t received it!!!! I emailed them.. NO RESPONSE!

They advertise a stunning, quality product, and deliver a cheap photo of the original product copied onto cheap white jersey fabric. Absolute rubbish. Paid $100, what I got is worth $2.
AVOID.

I placed an order a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I also placed a second order which arrived today.

What a scam! The item received no way reflects the item they have advertised.
The quality, colour, sizing style everything is awful!

I feel so stupid that I have allowed myself to be scammed!

I'm dreading recieving my other item.
