Absolutely ridiculous to get a response from. After 2 very lengthy unanswered emails I got a 2 line reply, only for them to half heartedly answer with typos. I answered their questions in a lot of detail and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a response. I would hate to sell my property via their Knutsford branch because they obviously can’t be bothered replying to potential buyers enquiring about their properties.

We recently reached out to Emma at Meller Braggins Knutsford to see if she do accommodate a last minute viewing of property. The office was closed, due to May Day celebrations in Knutsford but Emma arranged for a late appointment, to enable her to get the keys when the roads opened back up.
Although we decided the house was not for us, Emma's service has been absolutely excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend her services in the future.

A very professional service with the client's best interests at heart. They are knowledgeable and provide expert advice, which was impertinent for a first time seller. They are quick to respond to queries and reassuring with their advice. Along with the high standard service, they have a very friendly manner and approachable to all questions. We chose Meller Braggins Stockton Heath after having market appraisals from 2 other local agents. The reason behind our choice was initially due to a valuation which was closer to our expectation & in excess of 15% greater than the other agents. We felt reassured that the asking price would be achieved through the knowledge that Richard had of the area & the market, further strengthened with a thoughtful marketing launch that would capture our target market. An open house encouraged viewings & within three days we had 3 asking price offers. Richard was then able to guide us through the offers suggesting the benefits & pitfalls of each ensuring a smooth sale. After accepting Richard would regularly keep in touch and Sally in the office was excellent in communicating and organising information & solicitors to assist the sale within 2 months.
