The worst Turkish food I have ever had. We could not complete our meal and were fasting !! I don’t recommend it at all horrible food and expensive prices!!! Like we paid a lot for 💩

Melissa - Harrow - The service is terrible. The waiters just talk to each other or look at their phones so you have to wait ages to grab their attention if you want to order something.

The food isn't very exciting at all and I think that the standard for Turkish cuisine is poor as I can get much better in Green Lanes, Harringey. The decor is over the top.

My first visit at Melissa but definitely not last one. Restaurant offers a fantastic culinary experience, combining authentic Turkish cuisine with a beautiful atmosphere. The service is very high standard, attentive, friendly, and efficient.

The second time, they didn’t even give half of it. I ordered online. It arrived cold and after almost an hour. I won’t order again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.”

From the moment my family and I walked into the Harrow restaurant the service was outstanding. All the staff at the restaurant were very attentive - something I haven't experienced in other restaurants. Combined with the ambiance of the restaurant, the quality of food and the portion size, I had a memorable dining experience. We'll be regulars at Melissa Restaurant Harrow!

The service is terrible! I was waiting for my order more than 30min and when I asked regarding my order but waiter was so rude, I was shocked. And few minutes later the waiters were so rude with other customer and they just physically attacked that customer and banned him. That's was awful scene ever. Shame on Melissa Restaurant. This Restaurant must be closed!!! Terrible! This Terrible event has happened 01-04-2023 between 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Never go there, they are dangerous. Bunch of criminals!

No bread delivered .
Unfortunately my daughter ordered through Deliveroo more like Delivershit .
Melissa staff , a woman very unhelpful said that they had no delivery drivers
What sort if takeaway outfit / restaurant is this ??!! Especially when they purport to offer delivery ???
Frankly they should stop using Deliveroo , organise themselves and hire their own delivery drivers .
Mellisa Food is good but the service is CRAP
