The enviroment is almost all woman.

Female led college-- CEO, Student experience director, student services manager, head of photography and head visual arts program are female. Faculty heads are very accommodating and helpful only towards female students as Melbourne Polytechnic--then known as North Melbourne Institute of Technology-- has had a tradition of feminist ideology-- only/majority female students have been known to been offered teaching positions even though the college accepts male students.
Complaint handling processes are horrible. Will often mishandle complaints in favour of staff or female students.
Men are in danger of enrolling in courses.
