Withdrawal Stuck Since 6 November – No Response from Support
I am posting this review because my withdrawal has been stuck in verification since 6 November 2025, and I have received no response from Melbet’s Security Team despite multiple emails and attempts to contact support.
I was asked to provide a bank statement showing my account number ending in 521, my name, and all transactions linked to my gaming account. I submitted the PDF statement exactly as requested. I followed up again on 12 November, and I have re-sent the documents several times.
As of today, 17 November, I have not received any confirmation, any update, or any explanation about my withdrawal.
I have also contacted live chat, who only tell me to wait for the Security Team. I emailed the complaints department as well and still received no response.

Good afternoon, I initially want to warn all users to be very careful before choosing a betting site, because these sites are a fraud, a fraud, a fraud. MelBet Refuses to Provide My Transaction History
After depositing many thousands of euros over several months, I requested from MelBet a complete review of my account activity - including deposits, wagers, and bonuses - to better understand how my loyalty rewards were being calculated.
Shockingly, their response was:
“Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any specific data for security reasons.”
That means they refused to show me MY OWN transaction history. Any legitimate, licensed betting operator should be able to provide this information instantly - it’s the most basic form of transparency.
Instead, MelBet hides behind vague “security” excuses and provides no way for players to verify what they’ve actually spent or received. This is not how a trustworthy platform operates.
If a company can’t even show you your own account data, you should seriously question what’s happening behind the scenes.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE - there are many many better options available.
