Melbet is total scam company. They will mark most of your winning bet lost. they didn't even accept the result their own system shows. They will do anything for you to lose the money and recharge more and more...

They mark my winning bets lost. After providing proof from their system result they were abusive and tell me they will give me penalty of $10000. Is this a joke. What a joke company. Don't trust guys.

Please dont invest hard money to this frod site they not let you win they are scamers i loss so much money in this website they 1st give money and then take your all you cant win in crash game they doing hack in crash game. For fellow Indians, I have lost money all my life while gambling but for the 1st time i won huge on melbet on 17.07.2025 and as soon as I won i went to withdraw my funds it was showing "Authorisation Error". I got in touch with their support and they asked me to provide few documents, that i did provide. This never came up while i was loosing but as soon as i won this happened. Its been more than 36 hrs since I am unable to withdraw.
I request you not to use their services because they cant accept the fact someone can win

Update: No response from their side regarding when will I get my money. They expect you to wait forever without giving any specific timeline. It's been more than 84 hrs. This is unprofessional at max.

Edit: I have already done my verification earlier, I have been using melbet for more than a year. As soon as i won Big my withdrawal went under security review

Update 21.07.2025: Still waiting for my withdrawal. Provided all the details as asked by melbet in the comments below. This is the most unprofessional service you can get. The amount is huge so they are dragging this thing as long as possible and trying to find an excuse to deny my withdrawal. I have provided every document they have asked of me till now.

Update 22.07.2025: still no information from their end. All they are saying is wait wait wait. No specific information is being provided by them. Stay away from these scam websites. In their site it is written that verification will take place within 72 hrs of receiving documents but that is not the case it has been more than 100hrs now.

Update 23.07.2025: No reply from their end. I hope they dont scam my money this time. After every 3 days they ask for a new document hoping you wont be able to provide. Why not ask for every document at once? Why after every 3days?

Update 24.07.2025: Still under review. Unable to withdraw funds.Its been 7 days and this how they treat their customers. such a shame.I request you not to play on their site.

Update 25.07.2025: Still under review, I have been told that my Documents havebeen received but they wont be able to say when the resolution will be provided. The amount is huge, Such a shame to see these platforms adapting such cheap tricks.

Update 26.07.2025:(Day9) They ask for a new document every 72 hrs so that they can delay it even more. Today they asked for 1 more document. They won't ask for everything at once. Still no update on when this issue will be resolved. It is such a shame.

Update 27.07.2025 (Day 10): No update regarding when will I be allowed to withdraw funds. It's been 10 days. Even passport verification takes less time than this. No reply from their security team's end.

Update 28.07.2025 (Day 11): no response from their end. They will most likely ask for a new document tomorrow as usual. Pathetic service.

2 deposits for the amount of £40 & £50 has been kept by melbet since 31st may 2025 and 03 june 2024 without any reason, plus a £45 winnings from a free spins has been removed.

Iv sent over 50 emails and more than 20 calls with the customer service, the only thing i received was promises.

Melbet is a fraudulent betting website. This is my story. Happened today, July 13 2025.

Usually I send deposits to Melbet accounts with DGB coins, because the sending costs are cheap and the minimum deposit is also low, only around 30 DGB. However, when I sent 75.16 DGB, the minimum requirement changed to 150 DGB.

Then, I asked. Should I add another 75 DGB to the deficit? They said, my DGB deposit was forfeited or lost, I couldn't add the balance or refund it.

Really, sneaky.

This is my second review about Melbet casino. (The biggest cheating casino) more than 5 times they didn't give my deposit amount, now my INR - 1000 is holding melbet.
This amount is i deposited on 25th may, first melbet said the amount is credited on my gaming wallet. But i proved that statement is wrong with proofs. So the executive changed their statement that ask the bank because my deposit was unsuccessful. So i contacted my branch and they give the proof of successful transaction.

Guys, these cheaters still saying the amount is not received after i give all the solid proof. Think it, if you deposit a amount to a merchant and they saying money is not received. Any fake merchants or company can do this. trying to trick the customer when there is no answer.

I've register a complaint against this askgamblers.com . But after somedays i understand they also trying to close this issue. Askgamblers always stays with gambling sites. So i didn't follow the complaint. Because askgamblers are not the ones who decide things in the end.

Melbet blocked my account and won’t return my funds

I deposited 109.36 TRX from my personal wallet into my Melbet account (username: 1303453909). I submitted full proof of payment including blockchain screenshots and wallet address.

They refused to accept the proof just because I sent the screenshots from my mobile phone instead of a PC. Now they stopped replying to my emails completely and my funds are stuck.

This is unacceptable behavior and feels like a scam. Be careful!

I’m surprised because:
I used only one account.
I placed regular sports bets.
I didn’t use any bots or third-party tools.
They mentioned that I can withdraw only the amount I deposited, but I cannot access any winnings or bonuses.

A friend told me about the platform so I registered.
Made a deposit using Opay which was successful, I played a game and tried withdrawing but it dint work, I tried overtime.
Contacted their customer, they promised to rectify but they didn’t.
The next day I tried withdrawal again and discovered they removed my withdrawal option (opay), I contacted there customer care (email) I was asked to make another deposit using a new deposit method (PalmPay), was also instructed to play a game wort 1.1 odd and above, was asked to send the receipt of the payment and any means of identification to there security team via their Email, all these I did.
Tried withdrawal with the new method (PalmPay) but till today it’s not working. This is the worst betting platform and I regret registering/ using this platform.
If they don’t rectify this issues and allow me withdraw my money the world will know how wicked they are.

This app is not worth to use when ever you try to withdraw the amount the withdrawal methods will be freezed and they say every time it's technical issue they ask to contact the customer care they will say Wait for 12,24 hours but still it will not resolved but for deposit 24hours methods are available they only take deposit for withdrawal so kind of issue it's not first time facing issue from months

I am trying to withdraw money from melbet for the last 2 days but there is no option of bank transfer, gpay, paytm , upi for withdrawals. For deposit all these are available. Looks like a big scam as most of the reviews here are same and everyone is facing the same problem. I contacted them on email and the reason I am getting is technical issue blah blah.
