I don't get these bad reviews
I don't get these bad reviews. I started feeling better right away I released so much trauma from childhood it was unbelievable. My PTSD was gone, no more trauma bond either. Did you guys even use the program?
I got better in weeks and 2 years later still use it for goals setting. If I run into onother narc I can release him in a day from the moment Im aware he has npd. That is amazing to me. To not get trauma bond and attached to a narc is amazing in it self. She uses quantum healing on subconscious mind and that's exactly where all the trauma is stored. Worked great. I find that she put her whole self into it and it shows.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

my experience with NARP without believing in new age
After reading so many bad reviews about NARP i have to share my experience. I was looking for reviews myself about her second Program "The Empowered
Self Course" and thats why i stumbled on these here.
So some years ago i felt pretty bad, years after separation from my former partner i have child with. i wouldn`t say he is narcisistic, but then i was convinced and very in distress.
i am a medical worker and indeed it felt weird to hear about past lives and so on in the "meditations", but i tried to surrender and just to go with the moment. For sure the process is always the same in these meditations, but you can say this with every meditation. NARP did helped me a lot. And as i said, i am looking for the next programm, althout i think they are very similar.
Just don't try to fight or to dislike what you hear, try to work with it as good as you can.
I wont give 5 stars, because the new set up of these meditations got shorter, wich is convinient but less efective in my opinion.
Sincere and 100% Honest review of…
Sincere and 100% Honest review of Melanie Tania Evans and her NARP and Empowered Self Courses from a member who paid and used these courses for almost 2 years trying to gain the healing promised.
First of all, Melanie promises that her NARP healing meditations will actually remove trauma from your body. This claim is what caught my attention and what she had to say about Narcissistic Personality Disorder hooked me as well.
Melanie sites the Greats like Dr Joe Dispenza, Judith Orloff, Bessel van der Kolk, and Bruce Lipton as if she has a connection to these healers but the difference between her and these amazing healers and leaders is that they are actually qualified to speak on these subjects where as Melanie is a business woman claiming to be an expert and making claims that her NARP program REMOVES trauma.
My experience is that the NARP modules do NOT deliver on what is promised at all and in fact trauma removal should not even be the focus for anyone who experienced severe abuse and trauma in their life. The Greats have the true solutions and Melanie's NARP program is not it.
The modules are ALL THE SAME. If you watch her free youtube videos and experience her guided meditation, you will see the entirety of the NARP program and modules there in with nuance differences ONLY.
In the forum which Gold members who pay more get access to, you will experience wonderful members however there is a regimented prescription in which you are required to share and NO ONE can discuss what Melanie discusses in her videos (the facts about Narcissism) or you will be accused of "upsetting the healing container" and called out and threatened with removal. I myself did not experience this, I was too afraid to talk in the forum once I saw what happened to others. ONLY MELANIE is allowed to talk about Narcissistic Personality Disorder (and she does so to attract people who are being abused to buy her program) but YOU will NOT be allowed to discuss your abuse experiences without being accused of "upsetting the healing container". The Forum moderators are kind hearted BUT anyone who expresses difficulty in experiencing the healing promised by the NARP module meditations, will ONLY be told to KEEP SHIFTING using the "BONUS MODULES" called Goal Shift Module and Source Healing Modules but THESE ARE EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE OTHER MODULES! If you still struggle, which you will, you will get the clear message that something is wrong with you or that you are not trying hard enough... all messages that further traumatize already traumatized people. If you voice upset at this, you WILL BE BANNED from the group. If you express that the Modules do not work even after years you WILLZ BE BANNED from the group or from where ever you share your truth.
Melanie will viciously attack whoever shares their true experience that the NARP modules don't work for them (modules repeat the same exact thing over and over, Melanie telling you to identify where the trauma is in your body, visualize that trauma being loaded of all that she states, visualize that trauma being lifted up and out the top of your head, then visualizing yourself being filled with "source" which is what she calls God.) THIS is the entirety of the NARP program AND the Empowered Self program. I have done both with 100% effort and they do not work to remove trauma. Melanie does not want to hear it.
Melanie will delete any commentary on her social media pages of anyone who reveals their less than successful experience as a NARP member AFTER she publicly accused them of being "abusive" towards her. I have screen shots to prove this behavior of Melanie gas lighting and then viciously accusing a woman who shared her sincere experience.
Further, if you look at Melanie's program, her Facebook pages, and her marketing material, you will see an exorbitant number of full body and facial pictures of Melanie. Very disturbing actually. This is what to look for on people's profiles when identifying narcissists!
Melanie has no credentials to back up her claims and sees herself as equivalent to the greats listed above.
I am here to share that all my healing has come from other sources and not NARP. I am sad that Melanie has no compassion for nor tolerance to hear from customers who purchased her program and did not experience what she was selling. My intuition leads me to a strong warning about her and her business motives behind a program that essentially makes her members reliant on her and her voice to heal!
Ask Melanie this....IF you Melanie got your own healing as you claim (which I question at this point) how can you claim to your audience that they need NARP, your custom made program (that repeats itself over and over), when they could do this themselves just like you did? People, trust YOURSELF and your INTUITION. I wasted my $!
I am begging you PLEASE DO NOT BU…
I am delighted to see other reviews from people who have experienced the self same bad treatment from NARP that I have. I thought I was the only one.
PLEASE do not waste your money on this ‘program’. If you want to find out what the ‘meditations’ or ‘shifts’ are like then sign up for the free content, you can find that on Melanie’s youtube page. She takes you through a shift for free and this is honestly all the program involves with a few variations. Please do not be suckered into buying this program like I was because you are told you’ll have the support of the forum. The forum is utter toxic. It is a revolting Orwellian space where freedom of speech does not exist. I believe if Melanie cared about women as she claimed she would offer this program for free. She does not. She cares about money. It’s hard to get across but the forum is so, so toxic. You have to go through dozens of caveats saying you won’t say ANYTHING NEGATIVE about Melanie or the program not working. If you do you are treated like dirt, spoken to like a fool and banned. I hardly need point out how distressing this is to women who are already distressed after narcissistic abuse. When I explained my concerns in an email I just get fobbed off and told I need to ‘turn inwards’. Also got told they offer 30 day money back guarantee, yeah that’s great except the forum encourages you to ‘keep shifting’ well beyond thirty days and that’s how they take your money.
This program has not helped me ‘heal’ or have a ‘soul graduation’. I am still in love with the narcissist who dumped me 1.5 years ago after ‘shifting’ faithfully, at least once a day for over a year. I am glad to say I have ignored and blocked his hoover attempts but this program has been of zero use. I bought it because I was so distressed. It only served to distress me further. Shame on Melanie Tonia Evans and anyone who associates with her. She disgusts me.
This is a great way to RE-TRAUMATIZE yourself!
This is a great way to re-traumatize yourself and end up spiraling yourself into a worse situation than ever before. I committed to this every day and kept getting worse and worse. At first I thought it was just part of the process, maybe a “it gets worse before it gets better” thing. But no. I kept getting worse. Sicker and more unhappy. I began to learn from an actual professional about how going back to the memories of abuse RETRAUMATIZES you and keeps you stuck in the same cycle. This is what this program begins with. Retraumatization. I am fully convinced this is a demonic way of trying to heal a situation. I believe this will help some people TEMPORARILY. this is not a permanent fix and will ruin your life. Give your life to Jesus Christ. He will heal your pain. That is the only thing that finally worked for me!
I Suggest You Find Healing Elsewhere
I should have checked the negative reviews more thoroughly before I purchased. The issue with 'programs' like NARP is that they are so shame-based and predatory, focusing on one of the most hurt and traumatized populations--victims of chronic, often severe, abuse. Right away you realize that Melanie is not a licensed mental health professional (psychologist, psychotherapist, etc..). I would equate her work to that of a 'life coach'. She does a good job with her marketing to make you believe she is an expert, and from here the connection is made that her program is world-leading authority on how to heal. She also markets this program as the only way to 'heal for real'. The biggest issues with NARP are three:
1) Melanie and the Support Team are not licensed professionals, but their methods and advice are treated like a dogma that all 'NARP Gold' forum members must follow, or else. Any diversion of opinion is sourly frowned upon and could get you attacked, ostracized, and even subsequently banned. I've seen the way MTE responds to critical reviews, even telling someone's private information like their name or the comments they wrote on the supposedly safe, anonymous abuse recovery forum. I should have seen that behavior as a glaring red flag. She does this on the review website Sitejabber, where she also works overtime to delete any negative reviews on Sitejabber. Don't trust what you read on Sitejabber because Melanie is writing false positive reviews and deleting honest negative reviews.
2) The key thinking in NARP is codependent and dangerous for abuse survivors to adopt: 'So within, so without.' The way MTE interprets this is that any abuse you face is because you are a match for abuse. Your inner being attracted abuse. Your unhealed parts are the source of abuse. If you heal yourself, abusers will disappear from your reality. According to MTE, if you are abused, it's your fault. It's a dangerous and toxic mentality to adopt that is not supported by actual licensed healthcare professionals.
3) Anything you write in the forum is heavily moderated, which is understandable to a point. However, I witnessed moderators and 'senior members' diagnosing people online as 'codependent' without knowing anything about the person or their background and without doing a consultation. You literally cannot share what happened to you in the forum, as it's against the rules to share your story. Yet, some 'senior members' and moderators feel entitled to judge, criticize, and project their beliefs, traumas, and emotions onto you. They will deploy a course of 'advice' that you must follow. If you disagree with them, they will become unhinged, calling you names, and banning you from the forum. Again, an unlicensed stranger online feels entitled to give diagnoses and projections without knowing anything about someone, without any opennes to feedback, examination or criticism--what does this remind you of?
I find that a lot of my issues with Melanie Tonia Evans, MTE, and NARP are that it reminds me of narcissistic, group think, or cult behaviors. Accepting dogmas and victim-blaming theories is unhelpful at best and dangerous at worst. The MTE, NARP forum philosophy is potentially dangerous to your recovery and could set you back instead of propel you forward.
Unlicensed Stranger Making Medical Claims
I made a very detailed video about why Melanie Tonia Evans (MTE) and her so-called Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program are very dangerous. She is not a licensed professional but makes grandiose, false claims that her program cures disease. Please stay away. Please review the video on Y o utube titled: "Honest Review of Melanie Tonia Evans' Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Program, NARP"
