Very bad service - arrogant customer "support"
Timeline was as follows:
16 March: Ordered a watchstrap (25EUR), to be delivered to Malta.
28 March: Website showed order as "unfulfilled", item had still not been shipped. Following advice from customer support, paid additional 20EUR for "Express Shipping".
07 April: Courier website showed package had left Lisbon.
11 April: package received in Malta (26 days after placing the order).
Contact with Meia Luna customer support was only possible via a pop-up chat window, no email or voice comms was available.
The responses to my typed queries about the delayed shipping were rude, arrogant and dismissive, implying that providing support for such a small purchase was a waste of their time.
Altogether a most unpleasant experience, and in hindsight I'm grateful that I only ordered a watchstrap. I advise anyone purchasing a watch from Meia Lua to consider carefully before doing so...
