Great Service
They go out of their way to save clients and will regularly sacrifice themselves for the clients safety. Their staff are prompt and professional and they have service roughly 18 hours per day. The wee hours of the morning in the US they tend to be understaffed, but that is understandable.

Good staff Garbage leadership
As I'm on the ground bleeding out, I go to call for help, only to be met with a message saying I've been banned from the service despite previously being a helpful member and not violating any of their policies.
This organization would rather gaslight you and save face than admit to being wrong ever.
