Really bad services from this company
Really bad services from this company. First they spoke via phone with me, next day you cant contact them via phone cuz it is not available the number.
2nd they buy bot reviews. As I find out from one of their workers. So it is really really bad company. I just hope I will get my products and money back.
Awful scammers these days. But to higher level. Scamming people from their money

Good customer service
I ordered a couple of products here for my cats. Unfortunately, one item was not in stock. However I do appreciate their communication on this, so still 5 stars. I got emails with updates and tey explained they will deliver everything at once if possible (way more sustainable) but you can contact them if you want your order split in two. In the end I called them because the item was postponed with a month and the employee politely cancelled that item and the package with the rest was sent the same day and arrived in good state.

I think it’s totally unfair that I am giving you a one star but your carrier DHL did not deliver yesterday. I was at home at the time they supposedly came but no one attempted delivery. have cameras and when there is movement, I get a notification but nothing. I also checked at the specified time and nothing. So I’m waiting in again today.

Expensive but reliable
I use medpets to order food and supplements for my dog. They are mostly more expensive than other vendors but 100% reliable - fast (usually next day) delivery, items undamaged in transit, and never any fake promises about items being in stock or expected by day X when an item is out of stock. If i don't want to worry about my order I buy at medpets.
