Medisave - Totally messed up my order
Corrective action was fast, but major inconvenience and lost time
I am updating my review to reflect the full experience. I ordered medical supplies which arrived today (Thursday), but the picker/packer sent the completely wrong items, while not concentrating on there work and invoice details.
While customer service was quick to arrange a replacement delivery for Friday, (more time off work) resolving this issue required a significant amount of my own time, Thursday morning. I had to spend time emailing medisave. Taking/sending photos organising the replacement order and another block of time online arranging for Royal Mail to collect and return the incorrect items on Friday. Also taking screen grabs to confirm all this (and was my first time using this service).
I now have to work Saturday to make up the 4 hours lost for today, Friday waiting for delivery but also to hand over the return parcel.
I appreciate the swift re-delivery, but the initial packing error caused a frustrating amount of personal inconvenience and administrative work on my end for a mistake that was entirely theirs.

I definitely came away from my purchase happy with their service.
I received my item promptly. Their customer service was definitely functional and very responsive to my query, and after a short discussion turned out to be completely fair. The items that I bought were entirely better value than Amazon (which is full of generics and fakes), and they have items that are not on Amazon. Next time I need first aid supplies I will very likely use Medisave.
