I found the initial process fine

I found the initial process fine. But the next day received a text message requesting more info. No way to contact in return. Used the contact form and have still heard nothing at all. Not very good customer service / website experience.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, easy to use website, and fast arrival of my prescription.
Very happy, hopefully I’ll be able to order another couple of boxes, so I can use the medication properly. ( my order has a recommended 3 month usage, and I only ordered 1 months worth... )
