They sorted my medicine out and I got it delivered today brilliant

Ordered 6 lots of Mandate aftershave gift packs but received the Eau de toilette version which was available much cheaper from other sellers. I had to carefully re-package the items (better than the rather flimsy packaging they came in) and then this seller said they would “carefully examine them for any damage” before a refund would be considered. Yes, they did refund my money but their mistake actually cost me time, money and materials when they made the error. I don’t think I will repeat this buying experience.

There is a short supply of Saxenda at the minute an Medicines 2 U have bumped the price from £50 to £249 that is disgusting considering you’re a medical supply company.. just lost me as a customer!

Although they state they are the best price - I did question this with them as I found my product cheaper elsewhere, they were quick on reply and said unable to price match - however the next day I had another message letting me know that they had secured my product cheaper and the price had reduced by £40 ish… so I purchased. Very quick process and delivery once ordered would use again if the price remains lower than originally advertised as there were companies quite a bit cheaper

Ordered a home test kit for £30.00 which arrived the next day all good. Sent back to the company The Doctors Lab, using the return pre paid they received it the next day. Waited two weeks for results....nothing. Contacted medicines2u they said they contacted The Doctor's Lab and I should contact them direct which I did. Was told don't give out results over phone because they are sent back to medicines2u they also said had never been contacted by them. So basically I've spent £30.00 for a useless test and no results, a complete waste of time would not recommend.

Safe and easy to use service. Reasonably priced and delivery within 3 days.

I have no idea who these people are. They keep sending me spam messages to sign up for an app. The messages do not have a number associated with them so i cannot block.
Now reported to the TPS and 7726 for scam / fraud

I ordered Sensodyne daily care each two costed me £2.50 I ordered 24 tubes, when they delivery arrived I found 24 original mint Sensodyne tubes which I could’ve bought for £2.33 another words I got scammed out of my money which is why I left this one star review

I ordered medicine over 1 week ago and paid for next day delivery and my medicine has not arrived, although the money was taken from my account. Would not use this company again

Meant to take the tablet within 3 days and it came a week later.

Placed two separate online orders, both cancelled and refunded within a few days with no explanation. Items still available to purchase on their web site so assume this isn't a stock issue.

Awful website do not use! Placed an order recieved email confirming then not long after another email to say refunded. No reason given . Will never use again and do not recommend anyone else to use it.

The worse online pharmacy, I ordered my medication in enough time for me to get my order and I paid extra for it to come 1-3 days. It didn’t come, then when I tried to email the company to get a refund they didn’t want to respond. Wouldn’t recommend

Not legit! Positive feedback probably paid. i paid and called and emailed and I have nothing! Money gone and it’s been 2 weeks (I paid for next day delivery!

I paid £3.99 for my order to be shipped by Royal Mail to my work address. I get multiple parcels delivered to this address daily via different couriers including Royal Mail. For some reason RM made one delivery attempt and couldn’t deliver (don’t know why as we’d received other parcels delivered by RM that day and I’m in the office every day)! My order was sent back to Medicines 2U who informed me that I will have to pay for redelivery. If I didn’t want to pay they would not refund me as the order can’t go back into stock. Either way I will be at a loss! I emailed them back 10 days ago asking why should I be the one to pay (surely they should take this up with RM?!) Chased again and I haven’t heard anything back at all. Poor customer service and it looks like I’ve lost out on £24!
