I’ve been lucky enough not to have to use this insurance but can comment on the customer service. For some reason I bought 2 identical policies. The process of cancelling one and having a refund was easy, one phone call and a 2 minute chat and it was all done!

I can't really give a review as I didn't have to claim
I didn't have to use my insurance so not much to say. I can't comment on customer service etc. I think medical insurance is a bit pricey to be honest. But I'd like to think they would be good if I had needed to claim. Thankfully I didn't.

Absolutely brilliant insurance company…
Absolutely brilliant insurance company .. I unfortunately had to go to the hospital while I was abroad and paid out quite a lot of money in hospital bills .. when I returned home I spoke with medical travel shield they were super fast responding to me and by the end of the day it was all sorted and hospital expenses had been covered by my insurance .. superb customer service can’t recommend them highly enough
