I really liked this media market! Pleasant, cozy atmosphere; the goods on the shelves are laid out in perfect order, which greatly facilitates the search for both the desired category and the product; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable (provides TRULY reliable information, which demonstrates professionalism and knowledge). TERRIBLE SERVICE. My husband and I went to buy a SIM card for our phone an hour and ten minutes before the store closed. Mr. Sanchez Castro served us and kept putting up obstacles to avoid selling us the SIM card. He kept checking his watch every five seconds (HE WANTED TO GO HOME!!!) and obstructed our purchase with lies. I buy SIM cards every year in Europe since I travel there annually. I know how it works and the requirements I need. I have a passport, a Dutch bank account, and residency! I insisted so much that he was mistaken that he had to call another salesperson, AND HE WENT HOME! But if this had happened to someone who didn't have the information I did, they would have been left without their product!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on the 13th of the month and waited patiently until the 20th. After a week of waiting, I received an email from MediaMarkt informing me that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or justification.
This lack of communication and poor customer service is extremely frustrating. I expected better, especially after waiting so long. I hope MediaMarkt can improve its order management and provide customers with clear reasons when an order is cancelled.
