Despite the renovation of the place their services is reliable.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The staff and the manager treated me in a rude and disrespectful manner. They did not apply the return policy correctly and instead seemed to make their own rules regarding product returns.

As a customer, I expected professional service and fair treatment, but unfortunately, this was not the case. The inconsistency in applying the return policy is unacceptable and creates confusion for customers.

I regret shopping at this store and would not recommend it based on my experience.

The gentleman who worked at MediaMarkt was very amazing. His service was second to none. He provided every detail of the product and was very willing and helpful and helped me to even set up my device after the Procurement and I got it all on and even you know, it was very pleasant and smiling you know throughout the time which shows professional and a good customer relationship and I was very grateful.

Terrible customer service. They are excellent when it comes to making a sale, but that’s where it ends.

I bought a TV and a washing machine, and everything seemed fine at first. However, the washing machine arrived with a defect in the fabric softener compartment. I went to the Anderlecht store three times to request a technician. Each time, I was told that a technician would contact me, but nobody ever did.

On my fourth visit, the store informed me that a technician would come, not to fix the issue, but to collect the machine and that I would receive a refund within 2–5 working days. I decided to give them another chance and purchased the exact same washing machine again. Unfortunately, the price was higher because the previous discount was no longer available.

The replacement machine has still not been delivered, despite having an agreed delivery date for today, and I have not received the refund for the original machine either.

This is completely unacceptable. A very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.

I love mediamarket even if it’s expensive but i can find what I want in easy way and there is a lot of stores to pick up the items, but as I mentioned the delivery processor is kind of boring and tired
