Outstanding customer service. I couldn't quite find what I wanted for my phone, so I emailed Media Devil. They essentially custom made me a screen protector using an archived material that they had. Lovely to be able to buy something that is made in UK also! Very reasonable price as well. Thank you.

I've been using Media Devil screen protectors (foils) since the iPhone 4 era. It's been on all my iPhones and iPads ... and on the iPhones of my friends and relatives. Even after Brexit.

There's my old iPad 2 that still has a Media Devil foil that I applied all those years ago. Same with an old iPhone XR - there are micro scratches but nothing that would make the screen look bad or hamper touch responses.

There are always 2 foils inside (btw, I never wrecked a single one during application), and the application is DRY. No need to spray your device with a sticky liquid.

Médiadevil is my go to for protectors and cases! Nothing beats them! I just got my new phone case and it’s as perfect as my previous one! :) last one lasted longer than my phone :/ :) I am happy to pay for quality, and here I know that I’ll get it.

Media Devil's is the best screen protector I've found. I've been using them for years and the film always lays down without issues. I think there are other vendors now that provide alignment brackets, but the first I've seen were from Media Devil and they continue to make the installation procedure painless. It is just a shame they doesn't ship to Brazil anymore, but I suppose it is our own fault...

Purchased the Magicscreen protector for the S20 Ultra which come with 3 protectors, I have applied a couple of screen protectors recently and without the fitting template we are back to the olds of frustration, bubbles, dust specs etc, if you want old school and headaches you need to purchase these, if you apply the protector without dust particles small bubbles will be gone the next day but even if you get one spec of dust it cannot be removed by the sticky paper supplied as the dust sticks very well to the back of the screen protector, conclusion over priced and really require a template to fit.

Purchased a rear protector for a Nothing Phone 2.
Had a few issues fitting it, spoke to customer services who replied very quickly via email and found out that the protector could be defective.
A replacement was sent out straight away and received the next day.
The replacement fitted perfectly, really good quality and cant tell its even on the phone.
Customer service was 2nd to none and very helpful and informative.
I Would'nt hesitate ordering from them again.

Review a company when things don't quite go to plan. In this case, things outside of their control didn't quite go to plan due to postal issues.

They were quick and easy to communicate with and keen to resolve my problem.

Have purchased several items over the years and will continue to do so. Thanks.

I’ve just MediaDevil for years, returning time and time again whenever I get a new phone.

The phone cases are consistently great, really great quality, superb protection and excellent value.

I’ve returned again to purchase an iPad case, and again the design and quality of the case is immaculate. I simply wouldn’t risk wasting my money going anywhere else.

Instant cancellation on a wrong order, and even got some advice and insights on the specific topic (about screen protectors). Amazing customer service. Even apologized for a delayed response although it was completely fine and understandable. Highly recommended brand even though I did not purchase anything, just off of the brand ethos and their goals for convenience for customers

I had some issues with the screen protector I purchased from MediaDevil — it wasn’t quite working properly with my device’s existing case. However, the way their customer service handled it made all the difference.
Rob, in particular, was fantastic. He was responsive, informative, and genuinely committed to resolving the issue. He offered alternatives, explained the situation clearly, and even proposed a custom solution at no extra cost. His approach was professional, patient, and sincere — something that’s hard to come by these days.
After experiencing this level of care and support, I can confidently say that any negative reviews MediaDevil may have received recently don’t reflect the reality of their customer service. They clearly take pride in their products and go above and beyond to support their customers.
MediaDevil provides amazing service because they treat you like a valued individual, not just an order number. They communicate transparently, offer flexible solutions, and clearly take ownership of customer satisfaction. I’d happily buy from them again and highly recommend them to others.

I am at a loss to understand how anyone could give this company less than five stars. In my view they deserve six!! I stupidly ordered the wrong size of screen protector for my iPad. I contacted MediaDevil to ask if they could help. Their reply was immediate asking me if I was able to send them a screenshot of a specific page in Settings so they could advise the size I needed. I did so straight away and again their reply was instantaneous. They sent me a free returns label and said if I ordered the correct product they would send it out, 24 hour tracked free of charge. I did so and the screen saver of the right dimensions was with me the next day. Furthermore within two days of me returning my first order, I received my credit. I cannot think of any other company who cares so much about their customers and provides such phenomenal after sales service. If only everyone was like that! Rob has been with me every step of the way and his friendly and informative emails have been worth their weight in gold!

Awful screen protector. Social media ad showed method of application which wasn’t the product received. Screen scratches really easily and the corners don’t stick down properly. Complete waste of money.

With regard to Media Devil screen protectors, I have been using them for years with exceptional results. True, they do not cover the absolute edges of the screen, but that is the domain of rubber/plastic cases. I have used Media Devil screen protectors on three different phone models and can only praise the way they fit and protect the screens while leaving touch sensitivity as original. These protectors also last a very long time—as in years. Media Devil do not make much money from me because I have needed very few of their protectors.

Installation can be tricky. One must be patient and attentive to dust. In my experience, however, Media Devil screen protectors are at least as easy to fit as any equivalent product. I tried a few and decided the slightly increased attention required was worth it.

Insofar as service is concerned, the fact that I am a repeat customer over many years should be sufficient to express my confidence. I started buying direct from Media Devil because their communication and service are better than most other businesses of any type. When I had questions or concerns, Rob quickly replied with friendly replies.

If someone does not like Media Devil products, they probably did not fully understand what they were getting and/or expected something beyond the scope of what is offered. I know that if you do not like what you get, the owner will take care of you to the best of his ability.

Disappointing products.
The edges (on a flat screen) won't stick down on two separate protectors, leaving it looking like s bubble and allowing dirt to ingress.
I did drop my phone with one on in the mountains, and the scratch was deep but it saved the screen. If only the actually stuck down properly.

These screen protectors are rubbish! They are difficult to apply, fiddly and the end result is shockingly bad. My favourite part is where the numbered tabs were the wrong way round! Save yourself a lot of hassle and your money and get anything else.

I just ordered screen protector for Google Pixel 8 Pro. It says it doesn't affect screen touch, but after few hours I can already see it is not responding to touch and is slower than others protectors I used to have.

Applied the product (exactly as instructed after watching the video) using a small amount of water and their supplied applicator. Phone immediately started flashing green and is now unusable.
Lots of explanations from a very arrogant Rob from MediaDevil about why it can possibly be their product that's rendered my phone useless, no accountability and of course my phone company will absolutely not replace my phone. The most costly mistake I have made.
