I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for my order. My injection is due today and still nothing ! Standard email response with no firm commitment to exactly when I can expect my order . Very unhappy
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I was on the Mounjaro treatment with them and doing well, losing the weight at a nice steady safe pace. Then I had to order my next prescription with them.. they ask for a full photo, head to toe which I provided, but then got rejected several times for things such as "loose clothing". I appreciate the need for safety to make sure someone isn't using the treatment for unsafe reasons, but my picture itself shows that I'm not a small lad, and I don't have to have skin tight clothing on to show that. I've stopped using them and gone elsewhere. What they don't tell you either is that the treatment goes up in price.
I contacted customer service regarding my above issue/complaint but they weren't interested.

they have taken my money and i am stuck at clinical review, nothing has happened. When i spoke to "Customer Services" they said they were busy and someone would be in contact. Still nothing. They should do this before taking your money !

Absolute CONS. Never honour existing customers and SCRUTINISE people with heavy discounts due to recommendations to THIS company. (The £40 refer a friend thing) I’m ashamed I’ve recommended them to this embarrassment of a service and just hold hopes they don’t go through what I’m going through.
Quick to take your money… I ordered 13th June.. it’s currently 27th June. I’ve had 4 family members order in this time frame and had theirs delivered… weridly enough they all paid in full! Go figure.
I’ve called twice and emailed multiple times to be blatantly ignored and been given a WHOLE £20 off my next order (as if I will ever give this shambles of a company the time of day again)

I wouldn’t even give 1 star, after a failed delivery I have called and spoke to at least 3 different people all promising to re send my order, had message from senior staff regards sending a replacement and still nothing ??? Horrendous way they are treating people.

Mounjaro: Terrible service / delays
6 months of Mounjaro prescriptions from them.
Poor service every single month. Repeated delays issuing medicine, lies/excuses about fulfilling orders, slow responses from customer services when there are issues.
Repeated requests for photographs to prove you need the medicine AFTER you've paid for it.
Emails poorly written like they were sent by AI.
They are utterly useless. I don't recommend MedExpress at all.
Constipation and no weight loss
Constipation and no weight loss. I am on week 2 of .25 wegovy due for 3rd dose tomorrow. Have bad Constipation and bloating. The food is going in but not much coming out! Always eat a high fibre diet and plenty of fluids.now having laxatives this last week. Can't contact company though customer services somehow! Help.

I've been with Med Express for several months - I got a notification to reorder - so I've tried to do that but unfortunately the link doesn't work. I've tried calling their helpline - but theres a permanent recorded message warning of a one-hour wait (has been the same message for months). No response to my email. I'm in despair

I orderd the 15mg but because I haven't ordered for two months they sent me the 10mg which was missing on delivery, was supposed to have a refund credited to my balance but it's not there after they told me it was in my checkout
I experienced an excellent service with (229) 848 42O4 another provider
I ordered on May 16th and clearly stated I needed the medication in two days time. It’s now more than a month, and there’s still no confirmed delivery date. One parcel was shipped late and arrived damaged. I was promised a replacement, but there’s been no follow up. The lack of urgency is concerning, especially for time sensitive medication. Customer care is unresponsive. I had to look elsewhere for reliable service till I found a new provider that helped me with my medication and gave an excellent service.
Avoid MedExpress
The start with MedExpress was great. It seemed a professional pharmacy and used to send emails. The first two orders went smoothly. The third order was delayed due to a new distribution hub but I thought I’d give them the e chance as obviously they were expanding and there is high demand. This current order is a nightmare. I ordered and paid for the order two weeks ago and it has been awaiting dispatch ever since. I have emailed 4 times and each response is a standard response which does not give any information about why there is a delay and when I might hope to receive my order. I am now going to another pharmacy and will be cancelling with MedExpress. Worst customer service I’ve encountered.

Clinical incompetence for profit
Been using and have referred about 8 people a few minor issues but generally works. But they do pester to order early to ensure you don't lose your supply, for the second time they have got me to stock pile treatment. I had 4 full pens still boxed and if I had order another it would have been expired before I could use it. I stopped ordering until I had two weeks left, and now they are refusing to provide as they claim I am restarting treatment after a 3 month gap. I can only have 5mg. They sold me it all, I have used it exactly as prescribed, and now I choose between cold turkey or dropping from 15mg to 5mg because they can't check their own records for medication they prescribed and sold very pushily. I now see it's likely they are just low stocked and making excuses to profiter from selling me more expensive lower doses to lengtheny my treatment plan.

Placed order on the 10th june but its still waiting for clinical review. Got an email saying they are short staffed and are employing more. I emailed today 5 days later now they saying that its being escalated as its been so long. Im not happy as im now about to miss my dose. Shame as they started off okay.

been using medexpress since september and, until this point, have never had an issue. I am on 7.5mg mounjaro and ordered with time ready for the new pen. That was 29th may.
I am now 15 days since ordering and still no pen. 2 missed doses... this is unacceptable! 3 emails and 2 calls later and still no closer to 'dispatched',
This company has taken on more than it can cope with and, unfortunately, its the customers that have been with them for months that are suffering! stop taking on new clients and honour those that have already started the medication!
My account was credited with £30 good gesture but that is not helping the fact I still have no medication and, after this, I will not be ordering through you again! so the £30 will stay there!
Excuses and stalling
I placed my order on 11th May and since then I have repeatedly sent messages to the company asking about my order, requesting a refund, and being met with excuses. I had submit my ID and fill in a questionnaire, I asked for an update and a partial refund for the poor service and was told to wait 4 days for a clinician to review my request and heard nothing, I then emailed again and was told I needed to answer some questions for the pharmacist, i was assured a week ago that my record had been updated and I still haven't heard anything! This back and forth has been going on for a month. It appears they haven't been forthcoming about their stocking issues, yet they're taking orders that they can't fulfil. I've been forced to raise a dispute through my bank because they still have my money and won't give it back! It's causing me so much stress and inconvenience trying to deal with them. Don't use this company!
Avoid
Placed order, sent photos and proof of previous prescription. All good so far. Then I start getting messages that say my 'selfies' are not good enough, that I need to be wearing tight clothes. Weird!l don't own tight clothes so my prescription was refused!
