Customer service is very efficient and professional. The products are outstanding. They have the best moisturizers and serums. I am 70 now and my skin is still youthful. I also tried the hair conditioner that I received as a sample. It is also magnificent. Thank you for providing such great service.

My experience yesterday: Customer Service advised me to fax you, the billing dept., a copy of the Santa Ana, CA tax rate, something your department could easily Google for yourself. So why do I have to fax it to you. My first order applied the correct tax rate of 09.25%, but the following shipment did not. The tax I was charged on $239.85 was $23.64, and it should have been $22.19. This adjustment reduces the monthly payment for this second purchase to $92.33 from $92.82. This may seem minor, but the fact that a different rate was used on each shipment is concerning. So, please correct the upcoming 2 payments and apply the Santa Ana, CA tax rate to all future payments. The document confirming this rate is attached. Please email me confirmation of the correction.

We just sent 4 astronauts to the moon, and your department demands a fax because you cannot Google, nor receive an email with an attachment. You also can't charge the correct tax consistently, which means your methods are archaic there, too. So, if your billing department can't confirm this correction via email or text, I will cancel my subscription without regret. You guys need to get current. No beauty product is worth this hassle.

So glad I read reviews before getting scammed. Lol!!! My question is why doesn't the DR look as 'young' as Cindy if he is the creator!!!! LMFAO I don't think I want to die when I'm 90 looking like I'm 30. My body will be 90 like it or not!!! Or will I get incredible energy and feel 30 again?? If that's the case charge the hell out of my card!!!! Does this cream make people forget that I'm 90 years old looking like I'm 30?? Do I get to divorce husbands every 10 years and get a younger one that matches my youthful looking self?

I am on my work break. It only have two minutes. I need to cancel the subscription. I can’t believe you guys haven’t even shipped out my order yet you make it impossible to contact you. Your chat does not work. It just sits there and does not let you click on it. I don’t have time to call and talk to you on the phone. I want my subscription canceled now and I don’t want to do business with you if this is the way you treat your customer.

Yes, the vendor did issue credits for what I considered unauthorized charges. It was not obvious to me that I was buying more than a trial kit. It should be made more obvious that the kit purchase is not a trial but a subscription. Furthmore, there should be contact info in the package sent so getting in touch with the vendor is a simple process. Call center people need better training. Telling customer, “there is no guarantee if the package is sent back that it will be received.” Implying no credit.

My last call reached the subscription department and they did handle the credit process in a timely and professional manner.

I have used Olay product for many years but after turning 62 I found my skin wasn't looking as healthy as I want it too and alot of the time it felt tight and dry. So I was looking for other products and I thought that I would try Meaningful beauty. I ordered one of their kits which claim you get full size products but honestly you receive trail size everything. I was so disappointed. They include a pamphlet of the different products ingredients but no guidelines of instructions as to how to apply or which order or nothing. I'm not even excited about how or if any of it works because of my disappointment over the sizes, not even a 30 day supply for the prices that are paid. I had googled more products that were rated very high, Meaningful beauty wasn't even on the list and I should have gone with one of those but live and learn. I will be returning these little trial size bottles for a refund and ordering from one of those places who will at least send me a 30 day size bottles of products.

So I myself purchased the started kit. And my mom purchased the body kit. I have to say iv tried these products 3 times and every time after about a min it begins to sting and burn. I cannot see myself walking around with this feeling so I wash off immediately. I have tried and nothing works for my skin. I dont have problematic skin but wa Ted something to keep my glo and help with aging. This product broke me out after 1 night routine. I have to say I rely wanted this to work but most of your products I have burn along with ichyness to my skin. We have spent a pretty on this so its disheartening its being promoted as great. It did me wrong. As I sit here and type my skin still I he's and burn and I have washed my fave 3 time. No telling what its doing to my skin.

I love meaningful beauty. I used it for a long time. Then I had to stop. I could really tell the difference. It wasn't good. But now I hope I never have to go without. It will change your complexion. People will be asking what you have done.

I love the products. And I'm glad you changed the night moisturizer its so much better.

I love the face products.

The products are wonderful; however, the purchasing is very deceiving. When you see the sale ad on the promo TV -- do not believe it - the $69 sale ends up being three installments of $105! I called and complained, was assured it would be stopped, low and behold another charge out of my account today. Just be aware, not as inexpensive as they make it sound!!!

I love the products! It is easy to adjust your subscription on line to your personal needs, and they have an easy payment plan.

My wife feels great when she looks into the mirror.since she started using Meaningful Beauty I see the difference.

So far since starting MB after a number of years away there are several issues. First the product does not last 90 days. With the exception of the cleanser. Previously I always had sufficient product. Next the new packaging is poor quality. Twice the the little nozzle for lack of a better word has come out and on the youth activating serum. I can still get the product out but it's a mess and causes waste. The night creme is not as rich and runs out at least 2-3 weeks before everything else. The eye lifting creme runs out about a week after the night creme. The anti-aging day creme cream coverage is fair but not as rich as it used to be, and every single shipment the cap has cracked and eventually breaks completely and is no longer usable. I keep thinking the packaging is a random issues, but find that is not the case. The amount of product sent for the amount I pay monthly is insufficient, and does not have a consistent delivery. These were never issues when I used the product previously. Overall not real happy with MB at the moment and at a significantly higher cost than before.

Do not buy. Not up front . I had a frustrating experience with Meaningful Beauty regarding unexpected charges.

I canceled my account, but continued to be billed because a shipment had apparently been set up as a multi-month installment plan. This was never clearly explained to me, and I did not receive a clear billing statement outlining that I would be charged over time.

As a customer, I expect transparency—especially when it comes to ongoing charges. Being enrolled in what functions like a subscription or installment plan without clear, upfront communication is not acceptable.

I’ve reached out to resolve the issue and am still working toward a fair outcome. I would strongly encourage others to carefully review all terms and billing details before purchasing.

I hope the company improves its communication and billing practices so other customers don’t run into the same issue.

I will never give these people my money again. I got charged for $91.32 for something I never ordered. When about trying to get my money back and they told me that according to my account, I haven’t ordered anything since 2025. Exactly, so why did you take money out of my account. Apparently they’re not gonna do anything. They basically stole $91.32 from me.

I would leave zero stars if I could. The product might be great, I don't know because it was a birthday present for my mother, but what isn't great is the customer service.
After the initial purchase I was immediately subscribed without my knowledge. They sent and charged me for more products that my mother didn't even want.
I called customer service and was assured over and over that they wouldn't send any more and that my subscription was cancelled.
I woke up today and they had taken yet another $107+ from my checking account leaving me with NOTHING. I couldn't afford this, I made it clear when I called and emailed.
I called them today and the customer service member gave me a b.s. excuse as to why they're still STEALING MONEY.
I will never recommend these products no matter how good they are, simply because of the deceptive, thieving and lying practices of this company.

They have told me multiple times now that my subscription I never subscribed to was cancelled. They told me in March, they told me TODAY. I just checked my account on their website and they STILL have me subscribed and are planning on shipping out $200+ product at the end of May!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO CANCEL.
