Horrible Customer Service
Statement by my wife:
I cancelled my subscription by calling Customer Service, but a few months later was sent a new shipment anyway. I was then told by Customer Service that I could send back the products (at my own expense) and receive a refund. I spent $16.75 to return the product. I again called their Customer Service to complain that my credit card still had a charge related to that shipment. I was told that my refund would be reflected on my next statement, but would be reduced by the amount that they spent to ship the product to me in the first place (in spite of my cancelling my subscription and specifying that I DID NOT want ANYTHING shipped!) So I payed for shipping twice for a product that I specifically said that I didn't want.

Long Time Meaningful Beauty User
I've been using Meaningful Beauty products for 20 years, starting with the amazing skin care line that I credit for receiving "wow, you don't look your age" comments. Most recently, the new skin care line has softened and smoothed my skin. I especially love the silky body wash, and the magical glow drops that are mixed with the body lotion to give me a realistic, non-streaky subtle tan. I've found their service to be prompt and always helpful for any issues I've had.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I called simply to get more information about the recent price increase on my membership. Instead of taking the time to answer my questions or explain the changes, the representative rushed to cancel my membership without making sure that was what I actually wanted.
I expected better communication and more respect as a long-time customer. Good customer service should focus on helping customers understand their options, not making hasty decisions on their behalf. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I hope the company improves the way it handles customer concerns.

Headache and hassle avoid this vimpany
I wasn’t happy with my meaningful beauty product so I returned it and they said I would get my money back. I have only gotten half of my money back. They claim they issued a refund for all of it, but I have never gotten the other half back. I have called them and had about five different conversations with them and this just keeps dragging on. Regardless of if the product is good or rotten not I would tell you never deal with them because this has been an absolute headache and a nightmare for me and I wouldn’t want anybody else to have to go through this.
