Purchase experience was faultless, and the dehumidifier worked perfectly, drying clothes in my utility room in no time, and much cheaper than my tumble dryer. The device control panel stopped working after a couple of years but Meaco made the repair process free of charge, simple and very quick. Posted back to them on Thursday and it was back with me working perfectly on Monday

Dehumidifier had 5 year warranty. Fan stopped working after 1.5 years. Meaco provided packaging, transport, repair and return delivery free of cost. For £25 also did a full service. Very fast, very easy and polite to deal with. Excellent service. Thanks.

Have a Zambezi dehumidifier which had developed a fault and stopped working within the warranty period, contacted Meaco by email they were quick to respond and arranged for a box to be sent to me with DPD return label, paid £25 for service to be done while they had the dehumidifier and received a report from them and the dehumidifier was repaired and returned to me within a week. Can not fault this company and the customer service is superb would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service. My dehumidifier display failed after three years and Meaco honoured the five year warranty. Sent me a free postage label and they delivered the machine back to me within three days of receiving the machine. You can't get better than that.

The MeacoDry ABC 10L Dehumidifier is a superb piece of kit, quiet, does what it's designed to do. A 2 yr warranty put to the test at 1yr 11 months the display lost a segment and some functionality. After contacting support they sent an empty box, a DPD label and I dropped it off a a DPD pickup point on Saturday. The following Friday the unit repaired arrived. Left it stand for 6hrs as per, turned it on perfect!
Highly recommend Meaco, we have two, the other (an Arete One) bought before the original went wrong. The product is great, the support exceptional and the service superb.

I honestly cannot fault Meaco in any way. This has been the best after-sales experience I’ve ever had with a British company.
My dehumidifier developed issues and, true to their 5-year warranty, Meaco handled everything flawlessly from start to finish. They first sent new protective packaging, then arranged a courier collection the very next day. The unit was repaired to an exceptionally high standard and returned promptly by courier.
The work carried out included:
Replacement of the Display PCB board, fully tested
Replacement of the Return Air Sensor, fully tested
Replacement of temperature sensors, fully tested
Replacement of plastic components affected by wear, scratches, or damage
Everything was clearly documented, professionally handled, and the unit now works exactly as it should.
What really stands out is that Meaco do exactly what they say they will do. No excuses, no cutting corners, no hassle — just proper engineering support and customer care.
Beyond this repair, Meaco dehumidifiers have genuinely transformed my home, improving air quality and comfort day to day. Based on both the product quality and the customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meaco to anyone.

I recieved a dehumidifier from them. But despite the claims this was their quitest model i thought it was noisy.
I expected to hear the fan and I was ok with that, but there was a second noise that was very irritating especially in a quiet room. So much so I'm in the process of sending it back. But i am yet to hear back from them.

We bought a dehumidifier in October 2023 primarily for the laundry function. The unit developed a fault in December 2025 and MEACO customer service could not have been more helpful in arranging the repair of the unit. We didn’t have the original packaging, so a packing box was sent out to us. Everything was done very promptly and without fuss, considering this was over the Christmas period. The unit is back, working perfectly. Thank you.

We are very pleased with the service . Our dehumidifier stopped working so we contacted Meaco company through email. They responded promptly and sent us a paid postage to send the dehumidifier for checks . Within a week the dehumidifier was repaired , and sent back, for no cost at all (all included in the warranty) . We are so happy to have it back . Just a couple of weeks without it , we realised how valuable is to have one .
