Great Sales Team, poor delivery drivers
Great Sales Team, recless drivers.
The customer sevice from Sales Team was great, whereas the delivery was very poor. The driver destroyed some of the bushes near the driveway as he put a support leg down from the truck when unloading the compost, he put the compost bag on the edge of the well beside the fact that he was told to be careful of this in advance, but also the fact that he refused to move it when asked. Lastly the compost bag was leaning against the wall which could have cracked. I had to move the compost quickly manually once he was gone to ensure that there is no further damage. He was definitely unexperienced as he left 2 delivery dockets with me, not asking for a signature.

I live 20 minutes from the Killarney shop. I have a disability so to order on line drive into the and a gentleman there put my item in the boot and away I went. Absolutely fantastic service.

Excellent service and communication
Ordered compost and top soil Tuesday. They delivered Wednesday... I didn't think it would come so fast and no one was home... the delivery man was so efficient and made great communication with me... we spoke over the phone and he put the delivery exactly where I asked.
So very happy with the service and exemplary communication.
Great job..
