Late last year, we were looking for a solicitor to look after our (standalone) garage sale, house sale and new purchase. I spent a long time researching our options and getting quotes. Initially, we were leaning towards an online company as they came in around £400 cheaper than MCT*. However, after reading MCT's reviews and talking with their director, Mike, we made the decision to instruct MCT - and it was the best decision we made!

MCT are so far from stereotypical solicitors - their office is inviting and friendly and they have an open door policy for any queries etc. Kaitlin and Mike looked after us and were so approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. They always replied to my (numerous) e-mails and never made me feel silly for asking questions. Our purchase had a delay due to Land Registry but MCT tried all they could to get everything resolved. Impressively, once complete, the bill for MCT's fees came to the exact price they quoted upon my initial enquiry - I can't imagine the same can be said for the majority of solicitor firms (and I can only imagine the 'extras' we would have been charged for if we went for the online company).

We've been so, so impressed with MCT. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to everyone. Mike and Kaitlin, thank you so much. Katie and Luke.

*Amazingly, MCT's initial quote came in significantly cheaper than a lot of other local firms (who don't boost anywhere near the positive reviews MCT have).

MCT solicitors are absolutely amazing I had a bad experience with my previous solicitors and I was recommended by a friend who had used MCT solicitors Mike Trott is an amazing solicitor who will go above and beyond with his customer service even sending emails at 9.15pm on a Saturday night.

All of the staff who work at MCT solicitors are lovely friendly people. We could have lost a house sale due to previous solicitors but Mike Trott made sure that the sale of the house went ahead and we were able to purchase our forever home.

Thank goodness Mike was able to step in and represent when the appointed conveyancing team from Purple Bricks / Premier Property (who I would give zero stars to) provided shoddy & quite rude service.
From the very first call with Mike, he put my mind at ease with his professionalism and expertise.
Even my estate agents commented on what a difference in service Mike gave and were very happy! Thank you to Mike and team, not only were you awesome but you have restored my faith.
