I had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry Kinsella, and she’s not the first — and hopefully not the last — fantastic member of the McSport team I’ve spoken to. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the product, gave clear and helpful advice, and explained all the benefits of purchasing through McSport, including the warranty and other key details. She made the whole process simple and enjoyable.

The customer service from Akshay in McSport was ‘exceptional’! The problem was resolved promptly and efficiently. The exchange of goods was all organised for me by Akshay, which is outstanding with follow up emails and calls! 💯

Great shop and great customer service. I placed an order and needed to do an exchange. Dealt with Ash in customer service who dealt with my issue efficiently and promptly. Ash followed up with emails to see was everything in order and offered further support when I came in for pick up. Highly recommend!

Kerri at McSport.ie made my customer experience exceptional. Efficient replies, problem solving of the highest level, excellent customer service. Kerri dealt with my queries and my orders with professionalism. Opening a new studio has its challenges and McSport.ie were great. We have been in contact regarding equipment, accessories, add-ons etc from May to October. Items were delivered on time, any follow ups were efficient. There was always a port of contact at McSport.ie. If Kerri was not available Yatin dealt with my query and it was always relayed to Kerri. I have used McSport.ie over the years and will continue to support this Irish based company.

the Website didn't allow delivery to Brussels for GAA equipment, but by contacting the sales department they were able to send me the my order seamlessly

I needed an order delivered ahead of upcoming travel. Ashkay worked with the courier to schedule the delivery, and then followed up multiple times by phone and email to ensure the courier had been in touch, and afterwards to make sure the delivery had been made. Great customer service, and really appreciated. Thank you!

Brilliant customer support!

I ordered a massage gun that, unfortunately, wasn't working properly. When I messaged for a replacement, they had sold out of that model & gave me the latest model instead! Delighted with the experience, thank you MCSPort.
