Arrogant and Unhelpful Service
Bought my first bike here, and while I got some basic info, I had to ask every detail myself. The older gentleman with glasses acted arrogantly, constantly reminding me of his 40 years of experience, but offered little actual help. He dismissed concerns about the missing service book and spare key like it wasn’t his problem. His attitude was cold and impatient, making me feel like a burden for asking questions.
No enthusiasm, no support.
Just “take your bike and go” vibes from him.
On the bright side, shoutout to Robin—he was professional, respectful, and actually made me feel welcome. A real asset to the place.
