DO NOT USE! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!
I've spent a total of about $1500 with MTC-game in an 8-week time frame. They consistently have problems with their system and PayU gateway system (which is the only one available for people in the UK). When things go wrong - they refuse to even consider that it is their responsibility to resolve it. I'm now left having to escalate this further through whatever means necessary to retrieve the $200 they have taken from me - with no reply from either PayU or MTC emails I sent.
1. Their live chat is responsive but sometimes they cannot even speak English (e.g 'Arafah' could not understand what I was saying and 'Hatem' just refused to acknowledge there was any problem.)
2. They link you to help.payu.com where you reach a dead end as a Turkish only phone number is required
3. Contacting Payu Turkey directly will get you nowhere either - they just direct you to MTC game who say it's their responsibility. And so the cycle continues of this fraudulent style customer service.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise you to find another suitable business or you run the very real risk of having your money stolen and wasting tons of your time trying chasing your money with no success.
