Performance is mediocre. Product is bulky. Can get the same performance from a cheaper product.

I bought this steam cleaner expecting strong performance, but it’s been disappointing overall.

The unit is bulky, heavy, and frustrating to use. It’s not practical for normal household cleaning and quickly becomes tiring to move around. The design feels clunky, and even basic tasks take more effort than they should.

The performance does not match the marketing. The steam output is inconsistent and weaker than expected, and it struggles to deliver noticeable results. It doesn’t feel effective enough to justify the size or the price.

Build quality is also questionable. Some attachments feel cheap and don’t fit securely, which makes the whole experience worse.

Overall, this product is overhyped, inconvenient to use, and poor value for money.

Would not recommend.

This product exceeds price value! My first two purchases from competition were returned upon receipt. The MC1385 exceeds performance expectations and provides value beyond it price. Further, Owners Guide provides all the info you need for operation and maintenance. The results I achieved on my first use exceeded expectations. A great product at a great price!

They say they include a manufacturers warranty yet when they respond, their answer is go return it to Amazon!! I purchased it and now can’t return it and I have a warranty that I purchased that I can’t use because the manufacturers warranty isn’t up!! Annie was extremely rude!
