I’m now almost 10 months post operation and i can say that the MCAN team notably Yaşar during the operation and Hilal have been outstanding in their support and professionalism throughout. To be honest everyone from the person i first chatted to via WhatsApp to the friendly and professional taxi service at the airport, a positive experience in the hotel, every step of the way the MCAN team have been outstanding. Now 10 months down the road i can truly say the operation was a huge success and it really looks amazing! I’m looking after my hair and my health more than ever and feeling so grateful! The procedure itself is painless.
The only thing you may feel is slight discomfort during anaesthesia, which they inform you about, but it is really short-lived.

Full operation was smooth from start to finish with no problems. Full staff were very caring and proper looked after me while being there making sure I was fine at any given moment. After care was great aswell. Definitely recommend👍🏽

Total failure. They took my money, they wasted my hairs and I have no results. My operation was done on Jan 08 2025. Now it is 8 months after. I almost have no difference in the thickness of my hair and absolutely no difference in the problematic area on the top of the head which was the reason I went there initially. After the operation I saw hundreds of grafts falling with the roots. I asked them if this was normal. They told me this is how it supposed to look! All the time lies, lies, lies. They did everything wrong. They did not preserve the grafts on ice. They lied. They said they performed PRP. They did not. I confronted them, because I know how it is done, I have done it before. They just smiled. What impressed me was that they lied all the time with such an ease, no effort, like breathing. p.s. The reply of this post is again proving my point. They ask me to contact them, but I did send them email 4 days ago and they did not reply. And what ongoing healing process they are talking about. It is over 8 months! Never again Turkey.

This is my second hair transplant with MCAN. The first one I had was in 2018 and it went really well; knowing I wanted a little more coverage, I decided to pursue one more with them. Everyone is very friendly and helpful through the whole journey. The second one without a doubt went smoothly and I’m very pleased. I highly recommend !

I did my first transplant in 2019 and one of the things which I liked (aside from the cleanliness and the certifications they had) was they set the expectations that I may need a second transplant.

Fast forward to 2025. I opted mcan again because I had a great experience. I felt like I was annoying them (consultants) at some points leading up to the procedure but they answered all my questions with a day or so which was great.

The main surgeon who did my consultation was great (and funny), the consultants (Irem and kerem) leading up were super helpful and the overall experience was relaxing, especially as I was super nervous due to being on my own this time.

I cannot recommend McCan health enough I was well looked after from the moment I was looking into my surgery from hilal who is fantastic and still checks in with me now 3 weeks after everyone including the doctors, nurses, and drivers where all very courteously, and the hotel was also very nice and staff where also very polite. As for the surgery the surgeon dr eskalen done a great job to my eyes and Iam even considering going back for more surgery next year wiht mcan I felt that comfortable and pleased with the outcome ,I would definitely recommend

Honestly, I received the best support from the MCAN team. After a complicated surgery (second surgery), I was really afraid about it, and of course, I came to Turkey with a limited budget. However, with MCAN assurance, they covered my medical expenses and hotel. I was really afraid, but everyone was friendly and supportive throughout. I truly loved that experience. I couldn’t have done it without the MCAN team.

My journey from inquiring about a hair transplant to undergoing the procedure was seamless and stress-free. The entire process was handled with care and efficiency—from being met at the airport, transported to the hotel, and escorted to the clinic, to being taken back to the airport with plenty of time for my flight. I honestly was scared at first I never left the states before and was very worried but the phone calls the texting helped they help you from the very beginning and they don’t stop till your journey has fully ended so take the chance and book it they told me everything that will happen and pick up from the airport and to the clinic and the hotel and the staff a lot of them speak English and if someone didn’t they got someone who did and I was so happy they had dropped my forehead size and hair line and I’m so excited to start this new journey they will stay till your hair is back and once it was all done they give you a tour of their city and bought me dinner and snacks this type of experience in the us would be thousands of dollars and u won’t get no tour I had a great time

With MCAN the whole process is scheduled out for you, right from being picked from the airport to being dropped off at your departure. Your designated nurse is in constant communication with you and is there if you need any assistance.

Everyone that I met during the process was courteous and genuinely cared about my treatment. It never felt like fake enthusiasm; it always felt genuine. The facility was great, and the price was fantastic for the level of service. I think someone could easily pay twice the amount of money and not get as good service. I would definitely recommend.

I went to MCAN in June 2025 and had a wonderful experience. I was in and out very quickly and everyone who works at MCAN was fantastic. I’m two months out and I am starting to see really great success.

I had a breast reduction and lift. My surgeon was very thorough. During the pre Op appointment he took his time to mark me up to make sure it was right and discussed it all with me during the process. Post Op he was very thorough and made sure any of my concerns were addressed. I felt in great hands throughout the whole process. All the nurses that looked after me took great care of me after surgery. Hilal was my main nurse that was there throughout the whole process and looked after me very well. She is so knowledgeable and really cares for her patients. She still checks in now that I'm back home and if I have any concerns addresses then quickly. My healing is going well and so far they look amazing, I could not be happier with the whole experience.

I am now three weeks post hair transplant and so far, I’m very happy with the progress. The clinic team was professional and supportive throughout the procedure and recovery. Everything went smoothly, and I’m excited to see the results develop in the coming months.
