I feel lucky that I chose MCAN for my hair transplant.The surgeon and his team who conducted the procedure were highly skilled and knowledgeable.The approach was very professional.Special thanks to them for using Saphire blades (technology) although it was not part of my package.This shows how much they care for the patient.

Regarding post care I would like to thank Cansu for visiting my hotel and removing the dressing from donor area, She is still following up with me on daily basis and responding my queries.

Last but not the least the MCAN drivers are very good and never kept me waiting. From Airport arrivals to departure they were always on time and never kept me waiting including interim transfers from hotel to clinic and vice versa.
My overall experience till now was awesome.I am loving to see my transplant area many times a day as it gives me wow feeling.
I strongly believe that MCAN did their job nicely.
I could have written this in a formal way but this is directly from my heart so I am keeping it raw.

I am so pleased I used MCAN for my procedures! I felt safe with my choice from first contact (there was no feeling of being “sold” anything, just professional advice on which procedures would be best for me!) I was collected from the airport taken to appointments, hotel and hospital and even extra appointments for hyperbaric oxygen therapy by lovely drivers. My consultant nurse, Hilal, couldn’t have been more kind, caring and efficient, thank you Hilal! And then I can’t praise the magical hands of Dr Dundar and his assistant surgical nurse, Harun enough. Ive just arrived home from my second hair transplant at Mcans and both occasions I couldn’t pick a fault if I tried. From the minute you land in Istanbul you are treated amazingly. The staff are very nice and make you feel at home instantly which helps a lot (and make the best Turkish tea😊). I am very pleased with my first transplant and I’m very confident I’ll be equally pleased with my second.

First of all I have to say thanks to the guy who was guiding me since my first message he was here all the time to make me feel comfortable always ready to answer my questions! He was absolutely amazing! As soon I arrive to Turkish airport I met the driver and we was very friendly very talkative I was afraid but he make me feel so very welcome and comfortable then I wasn’t scared anymore I saw ok I’m in good hands ! When I got to the hotel I met my nurse who was with me all the time and I’m writing this review with a tear on my eyes because she was like my sister, she’s just the most beautiful person I met all my life she didn’t leave me even 1 min, always make sure I was ok! She’s funny made me laugh even I don’t express my feelings too much I was absolutely feeling save close to her as she’s kind of person bring you peace with her voice as I sad she was like my sister because of her I didn’t felt alone! Everyday even after surgery she was texting me make sure I was ok or if I need something! I went alone to turkey and she was an angel and I’m not the kind of person to write reviews but I can’t keep to myself this time how grateful I’m to have Cansu as my nurse as my friend at the most hardest time in my life as I was scared of the surgery but everything was well I’m 8 weeks post surgery and I’m so happy with my body I can’t believe the surgery did this miracle with my body I didn’t put any expectations about the results as I was overweight, but howwwww the surgeon make me look like a model ? 😅 wherever after 2 months Cansu still text me to ask me if I’m okay, I won’t do another surgery but if I do I will do this time with my eyes close because I know those guys are angels more than professionals they treat me as a human being, I wish I see Cansu again to give her a hug and say thank you to be with me because lot of times I was felling like I wanna cry feeling alone but she was there ! Do not go here for cosmetic surgery my neck is a mess my face as dropped my scars are visible still in pain after care disgraceful .
They rushed my surgery ,the hospital staff were under pressure and the hospital was very noisy.
Please do your research, they don’t care once you have paid it’s been 6 months they said they will give me a review absolutely no trust in them don’t use any of there surgeons .
