All works as it says on the box. Also had an issue with airmatic feature not working. Emailed customer support and they asked me to update firmware. Job done all works perfectly 👌 so I'd say good customer support and best tool for the money

Limited value and incredibly frustrating to use.
Purchased solely to register a new battery in a Vito - took 2 weeks and a need to get technical support to achieve, despite being very easy to reach via the menu (apparently the tool falsely stated that registration had failed when it hadn’t).
Really disliked not knowing how many credits (tool comes with 20) are required for any given action and apparently no good way of finding out!
Despite having 20 credits, and adding 10 more, in case that was what was stopping the battery registration, it turned out I needed to subscribe (monthly or annually) in order to register the battery, and the 30 credits remained unused!
Overall I’d class it as a ‘distress purchase’ in that I’d only recommend it if you had no alternative but to go to the dealer, it’s that bad, and I’d contact them first to find out exactly that it could do what you needed it for, how to do whatever you needed it for and how much it costs -the information on the company or sellers website will not tell you any of this - be warned.
Subsequent to this review I received a helpful response from Mbito essentially acknowledging the issues raised and promising to address them - whist I always value an honest and helpful response, I also always value actions over words, so would advise waiting to see if they do actually address the issues before I would consider buying from them again

Great product. Unlocked everything I wanted. It works smoothly and efficiently.

I bought it but the upgrades are not worth while and the service reset and monitoring options I need to pay a monthly fee. I consider it a loss and will buy a reel tool. If you did not buy it yet, my advise don't.

The product offers excellent value for money. CarPlay was successfully activated, and I can now lower my car whenever I want.

Worst experience ever!
Purchased a 150 credit OBD. All the credits have finished but nothing has been activated. I have emailed them so many times no reply. Looks like I need to call my bank and do charge back and get my money back. Worst company ever.

Delivery was good. I bought the apple car play integration kit. Had a wee issue but was my fault. Kit was easy to fit. The cables could do with being longer a a nightmare to squeeze into the area behind head unit but got there in the end everything works great

Was looking for a specific function for my S212 but uncertain about the availability. Got a honest mail-feedback within a day. Even when I didn't buy the product yet, good to see that nowadays service works well.

So spent €170 plus £30 shipping and just been emailed to say I have to pay a further €40 to clear customs.

UPDATE : MBito said this was an error on their behalf and they have paid it. However… make sure you check thoroughly about what you can do with this. I have a 2024 CLA45s ltd street edition and about all I can do is change how many times my overtaking indicators flash and put rear daytime running lights on. Hardly worth £170.

Everything works exactly as it should. I give a big plus for the excellent and fast support, which is always willing to help. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent bit of kit for a fraction of the price that a garage charge, only gripe is I bought the ultimate package and I still had to buy more credits to get all the features I wanted….. otherwise i would have given 5 stars

I think if you pay that then you should be able to activate all the features.

But other than that I highly recommend

I was fortunate to find Mbito and their products while searching endlessly for what I knew was already programed in my car. Not only is it plug and play but when you run across a problem (usually user error) they are there to help and guide you through the issue. I can't say enough for the product and their staff who are so very helpful. GREAT PRODUCT!!!***

Device feels solid and the app is easy to use and well laid out.

I had an issue with my vehicles PCM not showing up in app. Contacted support and within a week they’d updated the app and resolved my issue.

The website also told me exactly what the device could and could not do on my vehicle which was reassuring.

I’d recommend this purely for its diagnostic capabilities. With the coding as a nice bonus.

Everything is fine, i bought mBito with 150 Credit + 20 Bonus Credits. Now I got AMG Menu (Engine Oil temerature), Apple Carplay and many more features.

The Support on Instagram is also really good.

The AMG menu couldn't be activate on my 2024 G500. Activation always failed with an unknown error. After some email exchanges and sending a video, the development team was able to quickly fix the problem, and everything is working perfectly now.

Be careful , don’t buy it , it is hopeless , the only feature is find it useful is stop and start which cost 25 euro , rest not usefull
