They have taken my deposit multiple…

All the other online casinos that I have played have never done this. Mbit has taken my deposit multiple times and this last deposit with there .00035 requirement mine was .00036 I am pissed! It's another way to steal your money! Dont depsoit on Mbit your lose your money before you even get to play it! And KIRA is slow in responding even blocked my messages for 24hrs because I kept messaging hhhhh hello hhhh! MIBIT THIEVES!!!!!

Unreliable Service: Delayed Refunds and Lack of Customer Care

Comprei vários artigos durante a promoção da Black Friday, a 25 de novembro. No entanto, fui posteriormente informado de que um dos produtos estava esgotado. Ao verificar o site, constatei que o artigo está em stock e tem estado disponível durante todo este período (até à data de hoje, 26 de dezembro). Em 15 de dezembro, solicitei um reembolso e foi-me indicado que demoraria 10 a 14 dias a processar, o que significa que só recebo o dinheiro de volta a meados de janeiro.

Apesar de ter expressado as minhas preocupações por e-mail, não recebi qualquer resposta ou reconhecimento das circunstâncias relacionadas com este problema. A falta de apoio ao cliente é evidente e reflete uma indiferença para com as preocupações e necessidades dos clientes.

Uma experiência dececionante. Desencorajo vivamente a realização de compras nesta plataforma, pois existe o risco de ter o dinheiro retido por um período prolongado.

I purchased several items during the Black Friday sale on November 25th. However, I was subsequently informed that one of the products was out of stock. To my surprise, upon checking the website, I found that the item is in stock and has been available throughout this period (as of today, December 26th). On December 15th, I requested a refund, and I was informed that it would take 10 to 14 days to process, meaning I might not receive my money back until mid-January.

Despite expressing my concerns via email, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of the circumstances surrounding this issue. The lack of customer care is evident, and it reflects a disregard for clients' concerns and needs.

This experience has been disappointing. I strongly advise against making purchases from this platform, one risks having their funds tied up for an extended period.

mbit can take weeks to ship products

mbit has some cheap products which is nice, but the shipping is quite slow. They can take almost two weeks to deliver your product. Other e-commerce companies in Portugal are faster, such as Pcdiga, Worten, and even Amazon which has products sent from Spain are faster than mbit. Mbit will always be my last buy option for products that I do not need right away.

Customer service is a nightmare!

MBIT.pt sent me the wrong item. They had on the site an item wrongly labeled and refuse to pay the return expenses.
I contacted them more than once and they failed to aknowledge it. So I filled two return forms so i could send the item back.
They replied to my request with a vague answer full of excuses and still they haven't send me a receipt so i can ship back the goods.
