Arrived on time. Very pleased with my purchase.

No customer service. Very late replies to emails. I received damaged bathtub and panel. When received delivery outside packaging looked ok but was fully damaged inside packaging after open. Delivery driver did not wait to open and inspect and said if there is any issue just ask your supplier and they will sort out. After sending them pictures of damaged bathtub and panel they did not accept damage.
There is no phone no to contact and emails reply they don't bother after taking money.
Better to buy from a well known company and not from these dishonest people.

Delivery took quite a long time: two weeks, but I was able to communicate with the company in the meantime and the shower seat arrived in good condition. I forgive them the long wait time as the price was so competitive!

Customer service is excellent. The staff was very helpful and professional. I’m returning customer and will buy more in the future.

Great Customer Service, not often you encounter this these days, especailly now as most companies have staff working from their kitchen tables! However I had some issues when I got around to instaling my shower I bought of them last month and only just round to fitting it. A couple of emails later and it turned out I have all the bit I need, I thought the door was missing some parts but it turned out those parts are packed in the side panel box. Fantastic service from Jim who helped me out and gave some suggestions for the extractor fan too. Will be ordering the downstairs loo next as the misses has been on at me to get that done too!

Helped me with a low height shower door which I could not find anywhere, also conversed with them over email to get me locate some bits for the toilet in the downstairs loo I also could not find anywhere. Guess this lot have all the bits you cant find anywhere else. Delivery for the special made shower door was 12 weeks but better than not getting one at all I suppose. Thanks MBD

Fast delivery, came in four days. Had some questions about the screws on the shower and where they went, they replied quickly enough to my emails.

No customer service. Never replied to email. Had to spend £200 to replace damaged bath. That will teach me not to read reviews before buying . “If something seems to good to be true, it probably is. Think Sean Connery said that. He also said”there’s one major difference between James Bond and Mbd bathrooms. He’s able to sort out problems!”Have made a pond out my damaged bath. Quite good it even has a pop up waste The fish find it quite useful as they don’t seem to have the ability to pull the plug. Probably a no hands thing

I needed to order a replacement bath and panel due to a leak. My order arrived on time and both fitted perfectly in the existing space, saving me worrying about gaps or re tiling. Good customer service from MBD via email. Happy customer!

Great prices and really quick delivery even with the current COVID crisis. Had to speak with them over email only as they don’t have a phone number but they were pretty quick to get back to me as I had to change an item on the order.

Appalling. Dishonest - simply crooks. Don't go near them. I bought a shower screen, paid for it, they told me it was about to be dispatched to the courier, and then nothing- no delivery, no courier, and no response, despite repeated emails. The only phone number available rings onto an old fax line- there's no answer.

I purchased a toilet seat off these crooks for my elderly parents toilet thinking that it would be a quick fix...."WRONG"!!!
When it eventually arrived it was the wrong part so I tried to call them and I couldn't even google a telephone number for these €@nke£$ as they are so dodgy. I eventually found a contact number on my purchase order and despite many attempts to call them all it does is rings, So forget customer support.
I tried emailing them and when they could be bothered they got back to me telling me to return it at my own expense and I had to fill out a form much resemling a census form and any mistakes made which would be very easy to do then they will charge you a £10 admin fee for the joy of returning the item and praying that it reaches them undamaged all on account of THEIR MISTAKE!!!!
Do yourself a favour and avoid this lowlife scummy dreadful excuse for a company like the plague!
I wouldn't give them one star if it was possible to do so!!!!

Firstly threatened to charge me storage if I didn't take delivery in the next few days so have taken a day off work.

Just had a shower screen delivered. Had to carry it from the road - I was told it wouldn't weigh very much. I have a bad back and it weighs 24kg and only just fitted through my front door. The delivery man told me he often has young women in tears. Has left me a wooden pallet which I will now have to break up and dispose off. What century are we in? Takes me back to the 70s when my Mum had to stay in all day.

I placed an order for the shower screen on 15/11/2019. Phoned 2 days later to see if everything will be ok for delivery. I was told that I should get a call from the carrier. On 20/11/2019, status updated to 'despatched'. I thought great, very efficient! Unfortunately on 28/11/19, I had to make my 1st call about 10 am to get an update on the delivery. I was promised a reply within an hour. 4 hours later I made my 2nd call, only to be told still waiting on the reply from the carrier. I decided to make my final call before they closed at about 17.15, unfortunately, no update given. As I wouldn't get reception at work, the company promised to send an email update. When my other half chased up the next day, only to be told that the carrier refused to deliver. I received no email and no sign of any refund on that Friday when checking my online bank activity. So, on Monday I phoned revealing my dissatisfaction of the service they provided with no updates and refunds. When I checked my statement, it was not until Mon, 02/12/19 refund shown. The worst ordering online for me as I waited 17 days for nothing.

I recently purchased a shower enclosure from this company, not a cheap one either, over £800. I received an email shortly after stating that my goods were ready for dispatch and informing me that I will be receiving an email shortly from the courier with the delivery information. After 4 days having still not received any correspondence from the courier I informed MBD only to be told that the shower enclosure had been discontinued but not to worry as MBD would be sourcing me a suitable alternative and I will be receiving a call back from them within an hour. . 3 hours later no call. I called back only to be told that the person dealing with me had already left for the day. They continued to fob me off for a further few days before conceding that they will not be able to suppl y but will be happy to make a full refund 'by tommorow'. When no refund was made I phoned and spoke to 'Dave', although I don't believe this is his real name.. who took great exception to me asking when I would be receiving my refund and was really rude and aggressive to say the least. How dare I ask such an unreasonable question!!
I finally received my refund 5 days later.
I've since learned that the manufacturer stopped making this shower in January but MBD are still advertising for sale and more than happy to take your money. Very poor experience! Keep away!

Appalling customer service, item I received was not what I ordered and they refused to accept this just advising it was a different version. No fitting instructions despite asking and emailing I have received no response.

On 11th March I ordered a white bi-fold shower door from this company and the quoted delivery time was 3 days. After 8 days it hadn't arrived and this caused me inconvenience as I had removed my existing door in readiness and now couldn't use my shower. When I chased it up, I was told "it will be with you on Thursday". However, I was due to be overseas on that date so I gave explicit instructions that the door was NOT to be delivered until I returned the following week. Well, lo and behold, on the day I arrived at my overseas destination my video doorbell rang and there were 2 delivery guys with my door !!! Several (expensive !) phone calls later and the delivery was rescheduled for the following week. So, finally the delivery arrived when I was there, but to my dismay they had sent the WRONG door (I had ordered white and they sent silver !!!). By this time I had had enough and demanded a refund. But even this took ages to reach my account (from the date of sending the door back to receiving my money was THIRTEEN days - unacceptable !!!). Whilst MBD's prices may look appealing they are probably the worst company I've ever had to deal with - utterly shambolic ! I just wish I had paid a bit more and ordered from Amazon from the start (I ended up buying a door from Amazon and the whole process was fast and efficient !).
