Excellent service received from Mazuma Mobile
I paid for special delivery to send my phone to Mazuma and received an email confirmation that my phone had been received the following day. A couple of hours later the original price I was offered was confirmed and payment was sent directly to my bank account. I was very pleased with the prompt service and the fair price I was offered for my phone by Mazuma Mobile.

Seamless transaction, very easy to go through the process. Lots of good advice given for posting the item which helped as I don't sell phones very often. Once they received the phone I was kept up to date throughout the process. Very quick and decent price given. Received the money the same day they received and processed phone.

Straight forward to sell and payment next day. Only frustration was the postage supplied only covers upto £150, so had to purchase special delivery at over £10 for insurance cover.

Easy to get a price - and the price was fair. Not the highest, but I decided £10 under the top offer was worth it for trading with a brand I know rather than one I’d never heard of. Easy to send the phone, and payment was received the same day as the phone arrived with Mazuma.
