Applied for a job advertised on Linked In, my CV could quite easily be a match for the job specification.

Made the application, attached CV, not a sound out of Chris Beard at Maxwell Bond since.

Sent a message via LinkedIn , no response.

Sent an email via the contact us section of their site, no response.

Either they are ignorant and unprofessional or there was no job in the first place and they were fishing for CV's.

So many recruiters are doing this nowadays, totally unprofessional.

The event perfectly blended networking, fabulous food, and deep, meaningful conversations amongst a diverse group of tech leaders. Andy did a great job of making me feel welcome and creating a relaxed environment. I've recruited a number of tech roles through Maxwell Bond and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. My main point of contact, Riana has always taken the time to really understand the requirement and there ability to find candidates that match the brief is the best I have seen.

An example of this was 4 contract roles that went out to around half a dozen agencies, but we ended up placing all 4 candidates through Maxwell Bond which speaks for itself.
