We had an issue with our generator

We had an issue with our generator. Customer service is beyond wonderful. They sent us videos and resolved everything to our satisfaction. They are polite, responded promptly, resolved our issue. Love this generator. Absolutely awesome!!!!

I ordered the wrong product, I emailed them and they were so helpful, after that I called them to make sure about everything and they were so nice and helpful. They helped me order a new product and I would recommend them!
