I purchased a tow hitch kit from them I asked multiple times if this specific tow hitch would fit my 2014 Nissan rouge select it has a wider frame and it was the first gen from 2008 reissued in 2014 and the tow hitch that came is even shorter than the hitch I got from Amazon kojem and to make matters worse they're only offering me a 30% partial refund what in the world is the crap I even asked them about returns before purchasing they made it sound like it was easy 30% partial refund on a hunk of steel that's taking up space I can't do anything with it I have the other one on offerup for $45 and people don't want it absolutely ridiculous this is for my lawncare business I need to pull a trailer I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company because if you do and it doesn't fit you won't get a full refund scam company in my honest opinion.

Worst experience ever 😡🤬🤬!

I have cancelled one order due to filling wrong address. They have approved but the delivery still happen. Due to that, they dont refund and ask me to go there to pick up. Otherwise they will refund $10 but I refused as their fail action. After all, they refund to me $20. Thats ridiculous!!

Absolute nightmare experience and total lack of accountability.

I cancelled an order well in advance due to an address typo. The cancellation was explicitly approved by customer service, yet they somehow dispatched and delivered the item anyway. Because of their failure to stop the shipment after approving the cancellation, they refused a full refund and told me to go retrieve the package myself.

When I refused to fix their mistake, they offered an insulting $10 refund, which eventually became $20 after pushing back—still nowhere near a full refund for an order they agreed was cancelled. Holding customer money for a clear internal mistake is completely unacceptable. Appalling customer service and zero operational control. Avoid at all costs.!

Great company and great product. The instructions could be a little bit better but goes on pretty easy. I would suggest buying a nice machine drill bit it make life really easy when drill out the pitman arm. I was missing some misalignment spacers but the company took care of me.

I have used injectors,drop kits,and just ordered lifters,I want a sticker.ive only ever got one
