Maximise Reviews 

Would not recommend maximise to anybody as they made the experience of organising harder. Zoey and the team are extremely unhelpful and our trip was ruined due to the lack of organisation.

We booked a few activities to supplement our stag weekend to Gdansk and they were great. We had a lovely local guide, and everything worked quickly and smoothly, especially in the build up with Zoey. Lots of choice and very easy to sort out.

Today our stag group had a little shock with our booking. After contacting a member of their team, a slight admin error came to light. Within an afternoon the issue was resolved with no hassle and great customer service.

Sometimes things go wrong. It's not always about what's happened, but how it's put right. In this case, good job. 👍

10/10! I was really happy to be able to speak to the same person Zoey Bond with any queries and get advice on location etc. The service was flexible where we could change numbers and discuss different activities. We went for transfers, surfing, go go cars and a stripper( which the girls loved, he was very good looking!). All of the girls loved with how organised it was, there was an extra included for the transfer when they went surfing of fizz and Portuguese nibbles which went down a treat! Correspondence was fast and we were looked after!

Louise at maximise was great, everytime I had any questions she was always there to help out. Using maximise made organising a hen party easier, with its online payments it's so easy to send everyone an email instead of chasing people for payments. would definitely recommend this company.

The venue for the cocktail making and 3 course meal was great, the activity couldn't have gone any better. The host Chris got everyone involved and was really funny which made cocktail making such fun.

The butler in the buff was also great, he went with the flow aswell as bringing his own games to get everyone going before we headed out.

After searching many sites and sending many emails I finally booked my daughters Hen Get Away with Maximise.
The choice of activities and the ease of booking was fantastic. I spoke to Louise many times to get all the info I needed. The booking process and payment options were very good and easy to follow.
Everything ran smoothly, we were met in Budapest at the airport by our guide Adam. (we were all very pleased :) )
We enjoyed the Cocktail Making in a lovely restaurant followed by a well needed meal! The best however was the Prosecco Bike. OMG what a laugh we had. Drinking, singing, dancing and of course you do have to pedal!! It was so funny we'll never forget this one. Then we went off on the Boat Cruise down the River Danube, too much drink had before but we still had a laugh. Final one was the Thermal Spa, unusual, but we all enjoyed. Hot Pools, cold pools, Cocktails! I can and all the girls would say the same what an amazing time we had. We had a split age range and it did not make a difference. We all drank and cried with laughter from start to finish. We stayed at the Arcadia Hotel. all good, no real issues worth mentioning.

Weekend in Brno Czech Republic.

We booked our stag weekend with the assistance of Maximise in Brno, the whole process was extremely easy to do and efficient.
Zoey Bonds assistance from start to finish was very professional. She responded almost instantly to any queries we had and overall made the whole process very enjoyable.

All the pre booked events were exactly what we expected and were great fun. The reps in Brno were also very helpful and showed us loads of really good places to go.

I cannot fault any aspect of the my experience using Maximise and will definately be using them again in the future.

I would definetley use Maximise again. It made my life so much easier booking it through them. Zoey Bond was extremely helpful from the first day I booked. The weekend run smoothly and all 18 of us had a brilliant time. The Village Hotel in Liverpool was very nice, helpful staff and rooms were clean and airey. The Cocktail Making was brilliant which we all enjoyed and had a good laugh. I cannot fault anything about the weekend it was perfect - Thank you Zoey

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Very poor communication from them and shockingly over priced. They blatantly lied about how far the hotel was from the city and we ended up paying a fortune for taxis. Hotel itself wasn't great. Staff were nice but we paid twice as much for rooms through Maximise. I checked the price of their rooms and they were almost half what Maximise charged.
Our meal was very poor pub grub and our booking was completly mixed up. We waited 50min for starters and even longer for main. The pub said the company we booked with had mixed it up.
Zoe was quite rude and extremely difficult to deal with.

I had a disappointing experience with maximise and would be unable to recommend them.

Whilst some members of the team come across as on the ball others do not and I frequently had to wait a long time for replies to emails. When we went on our stag do the restaurant booking was not in the right name, for the right number of people or for the correct menu. We’d ordered a steak and strip meal in a private room with 2 beers each. The restaurant insisted we’d ordered a set meal with no beer and were really not set up for the activity. When we showed them the booking confirmation from maximise they said it was wrong and they had a booking confirmation with maximise which said something else. We tried to phone maximise but as it was a Saturday night no one was there and their office was closed so zero help. Eventually the restaurant agreed we could pay more to get what we had booked so we did.

Part of the point of using maximise was to have the stress taken out of organising the stag do and have everything run smoothly. It was embargoed me and got what should have been a fun start to the festivities off to a poor start and made me look like I couldn’t organise anything and was embarrassing. People eventually saw the funny side and it probably bothered me more than the stag but it was pretty poor of maximise.

I wrote an email to maximise after the trip saying what had gone wrong. A few days later I got a call apologising and saying they’d look in to what went wrong get back to me and make sure we weren’t out of pocket. 3 weeks later I’ve still not heard anything from them.

They might be ok in other destinations and it may well be the case that they hired some local outfit to do the booking who made the mistake but my dealings were with them and they were no help when it went wrong. They didnt even have anyone you could call out of office hours and few stags are within office hours.

We paid a lot of money for the activities and then had to pay even more on top to get what we’d booked due to their mistake (or the mistake of some agency they’d hired). They the ultimately did nothing about it.

There are many companies which can help you organise a stag do. Don’t use maximise if you want it to run smoothly.

Booked with Louise at Maximise, took 22 lads to Riga was a large group to manage but their staff & international staff were very helpful everyone had a wonderful time & would highly recommend it again to our friends & family’s.

Maximise organised a nude life drawing for us and we had such a fun time! Payment and information was really easy and I would recommend them if you want to have a fun hen do/bachelorette!

Massive thanks to Louise La and the rest of the team at maximise.we had our stag do in Newcastle and our eventts included quad biking and knife and axe throwing which was out of this world .the hotel was also very high standard and all in all was a great weekend. All my stag party were totally satisfied and would definitely use maximise again .excellent value for money

Thanks very much for all your help. We got back from Tallinn yesterday and it was a great weekend. Everybody loved the activities and your host, Hanna, was incredible - she was extremely professional, made sure everything ran perfectly and made us feel extremely welcome. She gave us a list of the best bars and restaurants to go as well so she made a difference well outside of her scope. We were lucky to have her so please pass on the feedback!

Our event manager, Louise La, that I booked everything through was also extremely helpful - we weren't the easiest group to sort out as we had multiple quotes and one member of our party had to go home between activities, so payment could have been complicated, but she made everything run incredibly smoothly and I'd have no hesitation in booking any stag or lads weekend away through her again!

I could genuinely rate this company higher, they were so good and understanding with me during the whole planning process.

I used maximise over the weekend to organise my friends hen do in Bournemouth.
It was brilliant, everything went to plan and was so much better than we ever imagined.
As like any planning of a big group we had problems with people dropping out etc and maximise was so good to accommodate this and help us with organising it.

Every time I had a query I emailed Zoey and she was so quick with a response and went out of her way to help me.

This is the second time I’ve used maximise and if I had any more hen dos to plan I would 100% use them again, I would also recommend them to anyone who is organising a hen or a stag do.

I can’t rate the service highly enough. The initial process of booking the event was simple and there is a huge range of locations and activities available. Zoey from maximise was particularly helpful in making sure all the finer details where all seen too.

Wroclaw was a beautiful city, so I’m really pleased we picked it for our location. Our drivers saves us money and hassle by picking us up from the airport promptly and getting us to our accommodation.

We went paint balling and did combat archery which were both great fun. Julia, our guide, even joined in the combat archery as we were a player short (someone had too much fun the night before!)

Maximise also threw in a pub tour free of charge, and Julia showed us some great pubs which we went back to on our second night. She was a great host!

The price also shocked everyone as it was incredible value for money!

Thank you very much for organising such a great weekend for us, will definitely use you again!

Just come back from a brilliant stag weekend in Newcastle! Zoey at Maximise was very friendly and professional when we were initially planning and booking. Having the facility for the guys to all log on and pay themselves was great, collecting money from 18 guys would have been a nightmare! Hotel was perfect and the Karting and Bubble football with sexy ref were great fun and really well organised. Bar crawl and club entry was worth it as I worried that we would struggle to get in anywhere - but no issues! Nightlife is everything we thought it would be and more! I would definitely use these guys again and would recommend to anyone organising a stag weekend.

We had the best weekend ever; stayed in a lovely hotel, and the activities we did were so much fun!

We were silly enough to book the whole weekend less that 5 weeks before we were due to leave, but Monet sorted us right out, and everything went so smoothly.

Brilliant service and company to book a hen/stag do.

I booked a hen package for my best friend and she had such a lovely time. We went to London for a two night stay, the hotel was a lovely high class hotel and all our events were above our expectations.

Zoey was my rep and she was fab and so helpful even with my 1001 questions. Zoey was always quick to reply even after office hours.
