MaxGaming bryr sig om sina kunder/MaxGaming cares about their customers

Jag handlade nyligen lite grejer från MaxGaming och det blev tyvärr lite strul med ordern. Efter att jag ringde in till kundservice så ordnade det upp sig fint, de ringde också upp dagen efter och bad om ursäkt för besväret. Fick en jättefin köpupplevelse, kommer handla här igen.

I recently purchased some items from MaxGaming and there was a small issue with the order. After reaching customer support via phone the issue was resolved in a timely manner, I also received a phone call the next day where they apologized for the inconvenience. Great experience over all, I will be coming back to shop again.

I Love MaxGaming

I love MaxGaming, it is legit the best site in EU for mice/mousepads/keyboards. They have literally everything i could ever need, and i have been buying from these guys for years. The support is pretty good, never had any problems what so ever. Shipping is also decent 1-3 days, never had any problems with any delivery i've gotten from these guys.
They are legit just the best site for a mouse/mousepad addict such as myself, so many good brands, so many options! first they got Artisan then X-raypads, tiger esports, Lethal gaming gear and many more, they even have their own limited edition pulsar mice. I have been looking forward to getting a lethal gaming gear mousepad and the new pulsar v2 mini, LEGIT cannot wait, and they are the only ones in EU selling these peripherals.

All in all whether you're a novice gamer or a enthusiast, MaxGaming has more or less everything you would ever need.

They have all my favorite mouse/mousepad brands, they have btl grips, a variety of different mouse feet, even the pulsar glass feet, and good sales once in a while.

I know it's probably pretty clear already, but MaxGaming is my go to store when it comes to anything gaming related/be it gaming peripherals or custom keyboard tools/lube, etc.

Best Gaming Store EU!

Just a good company

First i ordered a few switches which were not in stock. On the website you could ordered them because they expect it the next month. But when it was the next month, the date was extended to the next month and so on. Now they don't know anymore when to expect them and you can't also order them on there website.

I bought some other switches who were on stock and got them pretty fast in my opinion. I live in belgium, and they got track and trace. Im glad i got those switches, and they cannot send what they didn't get but im still hoping they will be on stock fast. They update the website if there unsure when to get so i give it 4 stars.

Large collection and fast shipping!

Very large collection of gaming pheripherals. I've ordered a Hati-S Wireless and received it within 1 business day to the Netherlands! Very good webshop, everything was good, thanks for the fast shipping!

Worst customer Service! AVOID!

Avoid doing business with this store if you can!

I wish 0/5 would be an option, now I have to give them more starts than they deserve.

I bought a Roccat keyboard and got some problems with its switches. Explained situation to them and they told me to contact Roccat.

We tried some fixes with Roccat customer service and they were no help. I had entered a wrong date on my form on roccat site so the thought I was just out of warranty period. I sent Roccat a receipt of date of purchase and they told me everything is fine and go get your replacement product from Maxgaming under warranty.

Posted Roccats answer back to MaxGaming and they only got stuck on first messages "warranty period ended yesterday" part and refused to believe me that I got wrong date at first and everything is fine with Roccats end. I even sent them full email chain with Roccats response underlined so they wouldn't miss it but at this point they refuse to even answer to my emails.

Interesting observations conserning "world's best customer service":

-They know my date of purchase so they know for sure that I'm not out of 2 year period. Evenon the first message Roccat says that is my problem so I shouldn't have to clear that out?

- Even when I clear issue out still fail to understand.

-Not willing to actually help and explain, but being sarcastic. They did not even provide me email or web page for roccat support or anything. They simply don't care.

- Roccat says that my problem is faulty switches. Customer support on maxgaming says its wear and tear and that he knows cause he's been in business such a long time :D

Strange thing to blame me from lying (with email) when I have emails to back up my side from Roccat. Sent them receipt and they said product gets replacement UNDER WARRANTY.

So wonder if worlds best customer service includes lying?

I provided the information to you weeks ago. You finally answered the same day I wrote this review. I have all our messages to back up my story from both you and Roccat. So yeah now the situation is finally solved. Thanks TrustPilot!

Poor Customer Support (EDITED)

Bought a mouse a while back (1 year and 8 months), it's having problems now but it still falls under warranty. They've asked to send me a vid of the problem and I provided them with one. The item was still defective after their suggestions (replacing the mouse cable).
Then they claimed that my warranty has ran out but still offered me a replacement cable.

When I mentioned that I know of the legal 2 year warranty they redirected me to talk with the manufacturer to see if it's actually defective.

EDIT: After some more emails we have worked out a solution.

Seems like they might be OK if they changed courier to anyone else but PostNord. They have had my package for 6 days now and I still haven't received it yet!! I can't give maxgaming any better of a review than the worst possible 1 star as a company is only as strong as your weakest link. Appalling service

To be honest, when I first ordered, I haven't read the reviews. After reading them I was a little afraid I might receive my item a month later. But not only was it on time, but it was also early. I opted for the 2-4 Business days express shipping and received it in 4 normal days. Another thing on why I was impressed with the shipping times was that they were shipping it from Germany. I live in Singapore. Got to mention that their customer service was responsive as well. Took them less than a day to get back to me on my queries.

Please do note that I am only sharing my pleasant experience and not discrediting the rest of the reviews.

Unmentioned €10 per returned product surcharges.

Ordered a variety of items including mousepads from maxgaming.
Upon returning some of them, for which you'll have to manually email them, I was informed that they would charge and I quote "some extra fees" for every opened product even though I told them I hadn't opened all products(only due to the reason outlined below). They were unable or unwilling to quantify exactly what this amount was in advance.

Because it took over a month(the expected arrival time of some of the items I was waiting for kept being pushed back) to dispatch my order I took it upon myself to order some of these mousepads at different retailers which didn't have a month lead time. I don't think this is much or any fault of maxgaming though as international shipping, delays and expected arrival times are hard to predict currently.

After receiving the order from maxgaming I was surprised by the abysmal packaging: the order was packed in a single cardboard box without any extra padding. I assume this is why the packaging of ~2 mousepads were slightly roughed up(some creases here and there).

I opened a couple of mousepads, swiped a mouse across them and concluded that some of them weren't it for me(AC+ varients). I was unsatisfied with the quality of the grip of the rubber underneath the pads to be exact. This all seems to be perfectly in line with their open purchase policy which I will quote here: "you may check your products in the required manner to certify that it complies with its description and properties."

Apparently opening a mousepads packaging does not fall within this check according to maxgaming as they referred to this sentence in their T&C: "MaxGaming (MaxFPS AB) has the right to make a reduction if the product has been depreciated."
Honestly I have no idea how anyone would check a product without ever opening the packaging so as far as I'm concerned it's just a way to charge people when anything gets returned regardless of the state of the product.

The end result of this all was them charging €10 per mousepad of which they divined it had been opened(All mousepads I opened were returned in pristine condition, I even made sure to open them from the bottom to avoid breaking the seal to avoid damaging the packaging in any way).

I would have been perfectly fine with this charge just for the convenience of being able to try out some of these mousepads if only they had stated this clearly on their website instead of this backhanded sneaky way of snaking themselves into some pittance fees.

At least the partial refund was relatively fast so I'll add a star for that.

My order on max gaming.

ok. So far i have no problems in buying products from MaxGaming since today. I bought some Ice mouse feet for my logitech G pro wireless superlight sadly after i received and opened the package the mousefeet were bended. I sended maxgaming a email and they responded really quick. i asked if i could get a replacement but they asked me if i contacted the carrier about a reclamation errand (idk what it means) because every other internet webshop when i had a problem and sended the costumer support a message they handled my case always as expected. im just going to wait and keep your guys up to date with the outcome ! i am sure the costumer support will help me out :)

EDIT: okay! as expected i received new mouse feet and this time they where perfect it was not hard to communicate with the costumer service. i only have 1 thing to add. i payd for fast delivery what toke me the first time 1-2 days the replacement however toke 8 days. in my opinion if a costumer paid for fast delivery then send the replacement also as soon as possible because i had no mousefeet for 8 days wich means i could not play games.... that is in my opinion not (max gaming) However they fixed the problem sended me a new pair definitely will buy more here in the future.

Poor Customer Service, Worse Shipping

Their customer service comes across as if they are being told what to write from someone else. Took a lot of back and forth messages to be properly informed on one of Max Gaming's own products and then of course get recommended the highest priced alternatives as opposed to what would actually suit my needs.

The real problem occurs when I receive my order and they've forgot to send half of the items. I reach out to customer service and get "Oh sorry, our mistake. We will send that to you now". No effort made to atone for their error, almost as if they sent a macroed response to my problem. I tell them that it's not good enough and I get back a long list of excuses about how people make mistakes, they're very busy and they offer fast, 2-3 day shipping so I should be thankful (basically every tech company in Sweden will ship locally within 2-3 days, this isn't anything to brag about).

Fixing mistakes isn't simply doing the bare minimum that was asked of you from the start. You'd think the minimum that would be done to make up for your error is to express courier the product to me and not just say "You'll get it when Postnord decideds you'll get it".

Impeccable customer care.

I bought a DXRacer chair that cracked in the seems of the cushin after 3 years. I complained and got a replacement chair no questiones asked. The chair i got was so uncomfortable that i asked to send it back and it was no problem at all. I got a third replacement, all of this free of charge also. and im so happy with the customer care and service level of this company. Theyre greate xD

That's my first time shooping in…

That's my first time shooping in MaxGaming.
Great customer service. I sent an email at night and got the reply the next morning.
Super fast delivery. I think they sent the packages within 24h, and it arrived in 2 days.
The quality is great too.

Great mechanical keyboard parts!

So happy that they now carry mechanical keyboard parts such as switches, lubes and keycaps! Would love to see more community popular sets, like GMK set, JTK Sets and EPBT/PBT sets. But having glorious switches and lube 1 day after ordering is amazing, compared to a few years ago when you had to wait for months to get a good switch sometimes! Love it love it love it!

Worst customer support

They claim to have "the world's best customer support".

The tracking for my parcel hasn't moved for more than one month.

First time I contacted them they claimed it's because DHL Global Mail isn't tracked. Except it is, even on Maxgaming's own website they state "DHL Global Mail Tracked... Fully tracked parcel... within 7-14 business days".

After another 10 days I asked Maxgaming to investigate the parcel with DHL - this is just filling out a 2 minute online form but can only be done by the sender. Maxgaming wouldn't even take this simple action to help resolve the situation, instead telling me the delay is due to the Covid situation in Australia. If they had even bothered to check the tracking they would have seen that the parcel is still in Germany.

So far they have not done a single thing to help. Instead making 2 false claims to brush me off.

Edit: Maxgaming refused make an inquiry with DHL. Instead they gave a sarcastic response thanking me for this review. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here.

Good

UPDATE: The customer service was quick to reply. Received a product with a minor defect at first but the customer service was trying to help me solve the issue by replacing the product or by refunding me after i showed them pictures of the product. Since the defect was very small, i managed to fix the issue by myself.
