We booked two activities, both a luau and a snorkeling cruise, through Maui Activities and had such a great time! Also, amazing customer service! They even helped us to reschedule one of our activities last minute, going above and beyond to make our trip go smoothly. Highly recommend!

Loved The Old Lahaina Luau. From the time we were greeted at the door with a delicious mai tai to the entertainment and meal. I loved the dancing. The open bar was great and the setting on the beach was beautiful. Also they checked in with us once we arrived in Maui to make sure we knew when to be there and where we were going. All in all, a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Everything was smooth until we arrived at the event and realized the website had charged us for two children that should have been complimentary (one was an infant and the other should have been free with an adult purchase which we had made). The customer service person told me to speak to the event staff on site - and they of course sent me back to the website since they were the ones we paid and could refund us. It felt like a ping pong ball situation and no one was owning the refund. We ended up not receiving any money back for the error. The error was largely driven by a difference in info on pricing on the website vs the actual event — the site needs to ensure their Info is fully up to date.

We had such a great time at The Old Lahaina Luau. They have it down to a science. The food was great, the servers are attentive and always smiling and the entertainment is magnificent. Polynesian dancers not only make what they do look effortless but they also tell the story of their ancestors. It was a learning experience as well. We loved our visit there. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

I was declined of my united milesplus credit card by my condo i was suppose to stay.after several items trying to find a place our uber driver found Kaulapali beACH hotel. Praise the Lord ad the uber driver/So we did not know where we were so we cancel the Luau since did mot want to travel since we exhausted looking for a place to stay, Ohana fun hawaii activites did not accept our request. They thought i was at a very expensive condo and we thought they we been send there for the luau when arrived there of course no Luai. We called Chase and told our bad experiences at .they said do not pay/ a} they thought we were at a very far away condo and B} we thought that was our luau place, We Did NotATTEND.keep our money I am sure you needed moire than a 82 yr old retired man.. Just be nice to older people next time.

All-around helpful, and great! We got a good deal on our event, after speaking to a very knowlegdable and helpful agent on the telephone. There were follow-up emails and a follow-up telephone call as well. We recommend them!

Booking with maui activities was beyond easy. When the luau was rained out they re booked us for the next night with no hassle. The companies we did the trips with were amazing. I forgot my sons shirt and blanket on out Hana tour and both were delivered to me a few days later. I would highly recommend!!
