Always under staffed. Pay less then competitors in the area. It's a horrible place to work and I would only recommend ppl come here if you have no other options. No matter how hard you work you will never be seen as an individual. You will never get raise based on performance. You won't even get a thank you. Mau will over work you at every turn. I work at the kimberly clark location in ogden utah. My direct supervisor is the best and she is the reason I've stayed as long as I have but I do not want work here. There are way more fork lift / warhouse / operations jobs that are hiring in the ogden area that pay at least 2 dollars more an hour with bonuses. Im still currently working for mau but will be moving on in the next few weeks. I'm currently one of the operations coordinators. I'm not upset about my experience and the job itself I like. but the pay and never having a fully staffed shift make it too much.
Applied for spot and when i talked with troy he asked me questions and i was answering and he cut me off said sorry and just hung up on me.

My husband set up an interview with them for today for a job. Our son had cluster seizures and we had to give him a rescue medicine and wait for them to stop so he called over an hour before his interview and asked to push it back. They agreed but called back a few minutes later and said he set up interviews in the past but didn't show up so they wouldn't work with him at all. This is NOT true as he's never even talked to them or worked through them before this. They're going based off of his name I'm guessing but there's tons of people named the same thing.. so without even meeting them we realized they're not a great staffing company and to not waste your time!

I was at first impressed with MAU work force solutions. During orientation I was informed that if I was to give 2 days notice before my next scheduled shift of my intent to leave that I would be allowed to return if I wished. I gave notice to my office via text message, asked to whom and where I should turn in my access key cards, was instructed that i could do so at the corporation i was assigned to or the MAU office. I chose to return my key cards to the corporation. However the staff at MAU did not notify the corporation that I would not be coming to work, nor did they replace me for the corporation. I recieved calls for two days asking if I was going to come to work. If there was a problem to call them so we could resolve it. I called the corporation shift manager and explained that I was a Union member who had been on temporary furlough due to Covid 19. That I was offered a short time work offer. Which I accepted. That I was now finished with that job call and would like to return to this job, if they are still interested in me and would like to allow me to return to please call me and I would love to return. I recieved no more calls to return to work. So the whole thing about giving notice prior to my shift was just a lie. I'm extremely disappointed.

I enjoyed working there and most of the co-workers and supervisors were great. I can only think of two "complaints". The temperature-taking machines were often terrible! It would have been much faster to just have people with temperature "guns" screen us as we passed through. (If Covid ever gets over that will be resolved.) The other complaint is communication and training. I'm not sure how the communication could improve, 3 factors sometimes made it very difficult: Language barriers, Noise and earplugs, and Distractions. Those who speak English as a second language can usually be understood in a normal room where you can concentrate on their speech, but I often had a hard time with quick directions yelled at me in broken English. (I am not a racist, several of my best friends made at MAU were East Indian, Islanders, and Hispanic.) Maybe a class (in English) in general directions, terminology and emergency situations could be given. The other problem (to me) was training, or rules, didn't seem to be consistent with different 4+ Ones. Always do this, Never do this, Turn the boxes this way on the overhead belt, No turn the boxes that way, Do this first, No - do this first, Add the small diapers back on the line, Never add the small diapers back, Full tables box, full tables put on line. I just realized this review is actually meant for Kimberly-Clark, not specifically for MAU. I was pleased with MAU's hiring and training. I think we should have a choice on how many shirts to buy though. I am leaving all my comments, maybe they could be forwarded or sent to Kimberly-Clark?
