Brilliant comms, great delivery and good product. Why go anywhere else?

Fast delivery of a small order (mattress topper & bed linen). Small orders sent via Royal Mail, didn't need to be home to receive delivery. Competitive prices and had stock of the size I needed when other vendors didn't. Would definitely use again.

The mattress itself is ok however the delivery drivers were very unhelpful i paid extra for delivery to my bedroom and old mattress removal but they refused to help me unpack the mattress and I struggled as it was memory foam half way through unpacking it flung me back and I cut open my foot

The company had good reviews , the mattress was a reasonable price and was delivered the next day without any issue. I would recommend them and am very happy with the purchase.

Amazing service, previous let down by Amazon and needed a mattress asap. Ordered at 4pm and arrived at 7.30am the next morning, cannot recommend this company enough, will absolutely be using you again. Thank you.

The order and delivery was on time but the driver didn’t wait for me to check the mattress or ask me to sign for the item when I tried to call the company they did not answer the phone

The guys that delivered the mattress were so helpful and so polite. Helped my husband with the mattress as he is disabled to get it on his bed.

Absolutely brilliant service at a good price, just what we wanted.

I'm not usually moved to write a review when everything goes well, but it's not just that it went well, it's that when the mattress we ordered turned out to be FAR too hard for our comfort, the 100 night sleep trial they offered worked perfectly and we were able to switch for a new (much more comfortable!) mattress for a small fee and the entire process of doing this was just so easy.

In particular, it's tremendous that you can call and speak to real humans in the UK, the info on what was required to exchange was transparent, email Comms and order confirmation was all really consistent.

I think they've stopped the 100 night trial now which is a shame but the overall level of service is going to carry through and that's pretty rare.

Paid for mattress which was good value. Next day time slot sent that evening. Arrived well packaged, nice delivery people. And on time. Mattress is comfy and I was pleasantly surprised

Delivery was later than required product OK

The delivery went smoothly as i was kept updated and the delivery guys were friendly enough. The new Mattress was as described and my old one was taken away quickly without a fuss.

Excellent service except the delivery men put the matress on the bed with springs upward and had to call them back because it was too heavy for me to move. Came back within minutes. Otherwise delivery, timescales, efficiency was excellent.
