There was so many choices for mattresses and beds when we came in last Thursday but Gareth made the entire process so easy. He walked us through every option for mattresses and beds and explained how the prices worked. It was a fantastic experience.

Helpful but not pushy when we bought bed and it arrived when they said it would ,the delivery men having messaged me previous day giving me a two hour slot. Brandon and Andy were courteous efficient and helpful, put bed base and mattress where I asked them to without hesitation. Excellent service all round

We had an ottoman divan base and headboard arrive by Brandon and Kallum who put it together. It was lovely to see Brandon’s coaching of new boy Kallum while on the job and they were both ultra friendly. Last one of the day/week yet there wasn’t any rush to start the weekend. Took their time and respected our property.

Bed arrived ripped and broken, my mother has Alzheimer's and this really upset her. Staff who assisted were great now awaits 2nd bed. Very poor quality.

I wanted a hypnos mattress but couldn't afford a new one. I chose a slight seconds and got a real bargain. I really wanted to upgrade to a king but after the delivery firm damaged it unfortunately it got sent back. However I ended up with a double but a higher spec which was the original one I wanted-Hypnos support 8 for £650. The only thing I would recommend is maybe offer customers to change delivery company and pay extra as an option because they really let you down. The poor guy that actually delivered my second order was on his own and I read bad reviews of the company you currently use. But as for your service it was all good. And after just a few days the mattress has cured my bad back!
