I ordered a King-size bed from these…
I ordered a King-size bed from these people, mattress and frame. I paid extra for a saturday delivery, Plus extra for to room delivery and extra to take old bed away. Turns up today, takes old bed. Delivers King size mattress, and Double size bed and frame. Called the drivers back and rings customer service to be told I will now have to wait till Tuesday!!!! so no bed for three days. No help from customer service who just said our Warehouse will be closed till monday so there's nothing we can do. Even though they said its a picking error and my ordered bed should be in the warehouse. The drivers said they were finished early, yet nothing they can do till Tuesday. So extra money for delivery waisted. Old bed taken so what . maybe i can sleep on mattress on the floor. Hopefully wont have effect on the mattress. Feel pretty Peed off. Shit service. Shit customer care. It was almost like 'well there's nothing we can do so tough shit. it'll be with you in three days

Great experience went in initially to have a look, got a breakdown quote emailed immediately, went back a couple of weeks later, the guy I saw was due to be off the day I was going but went in a day early as the initial chat we had was no hard sell and I appreciated it, wanted to see him, very friendly delivery was great, early delivery would recommend

Ordered new bed and mattress online, was told next delivery date was 6 weeks away, paid, waited 6 weeks mattress turned up, no bed.... Called customer service to be told the bed was discontinued guess someone forgot to tell you. Sorry.
Said they would email options for me to pick to change which they did, not heard anything back from them since. No bed or refund yet......
Avoid.... Will never use this company again that's for sure.

Mattressman good service
The staff at the Roundtree Way, Norwich were very helpful, particularly Jevan, when I went to the store to pick a mattress. The Delivery Man was brilliant and the mattresses are very comfortable.It is good to know that the mattresses are made in the UK too. Thank you all very much.

We went to Mattressman in north walsham…
We went to Mattressman in north walsham where we spoke to Gareth who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered our mattress which was delivered the next day by Ben and Brandon who were very friendly and professional placed the mattress upstairs on the bed undid all the packaging and took it all away with our old mattress highly recommended phoned 25 minutes before they arrived very happy with the service we received.
