De meest vreselijke ervaring ooit
De ervaring met Matexi is het meest teleurstellende, zenuwslopende en indrukwekkende gebrek aan professionaliteit dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt
60 problemen na eerste acceptatie!!!!!!!!!
6,0. problemen!
Zonde als ik opnieuw een bouwer zou moeten selecteren: nooit Matexi! Nooit!
En ik zal elke gelegenheid aangrijpen om al mijn vrienden te vertellen over de absurditeit van de ervaring met Matexi, zodat ook zij niet dezelfde ervaring zullen hebben
1. De architect was nooit aanwezig, hij deed absoluut niets om toezicht te houden op de bouw
2. De arbeiders waren het meest onvoorbereid, onervaren en het werk dat ze deden is absoluut verschrikkelijk – overal!
3. de persoon die namens Matexi toezicht had moeten houden op de bouw is totaal incompetent - ik ben geen bouwer, maar de ontdekte problemen waren zelfs in de ogen van een kind problemen - totaal gebrek aan competentie, totaal gebrek aan interesse!!
4. de directe baas van de arbeiders kwam zijn beloften nooit na, ik moest 10 keer terugkomen voor elk van de 60 problemen die we tegenkwamen
5. Elke keer dat we een probleem hadden, was het eerste idee om ons te misleiden en te liegen door te denken "het is normaal", dat er geen probleem is - een absolute onzinbenadering
We hadden waterinfiltraties uit alle ramen en dat doen we nog steeds!!!
Het duurde 6 maanden om een werkend toilet te hebben!!!
U hebt een deel van de afvoer niet geïnstalleerd, ook al staat dit in het contract vermeld!!!
De garagedeur ging niet dicht, de arbeiders moesten het frame doorsnijden!!!
De voordeur is gebogen en sluit niet goed!!!
We hadden "scheuren" van 2-3 cm breed - dit was geen scheur, maar een gebrek aan materiaal!!!
En zo verder, enzovoort!!!
Ik zou Matexi een 0 of een -1000 hebben gegeven als het beschikbaar was

A real shame, if i were to select again a builder - never Matexi! Never!
And i will use any opportunity to tell all of my friends about the absurdity of the experience with Matexi, so that they too don't have the same experience
1. the architect was never present, he did absolutely nothing to supervise the construction
2. the workers were the most unprepared , unexperienced and the work they did is absolutely horrendous - everywhere!
3. the person who should have supervised the construction on behalf of Matexi is totally incompetent - i am not a builder yet the issues which were discovered were issues even in the eyes of a child - total lack of competence, total lack of interest!!
4. the direct boss of the workers never kept his promises, i had to come back 10 times for each of the 60 issues we have encountered
5. each time we had an issue, the first idea was to trick and lie us to think "it's normal", that there is no problem - absolute rubbish approach
We had water infiltrations from all windows and we still do !!!
It took 6 months to have a working wc!!!
You did not install part of the drain, even if it's mentioned in the contract!!!
The garage door was not closing, the workers had to cut the frame!!!
The front door is curved and does not close properly!!!
We had 2-3 cm width of "cracks" - this was not a crack, but a lack of material!!!
And so on, and so on!!!
I would have given Matexi a 0 or a -1000 if it was available
