Easy to order and the same for collection

Very slow service when picking up a click and collect. Missing items in the package that I ordered and a lot of confusion generally from staff.

Would be better if they were better staffed vs having one person on self service checkout who can’t deal with customer queries and support

Well happy from start to collection. I was kept up to date with acknowledgement of order until it was available for collection.

I needed 2 new suitcases and found just what i wanted and they were discounted aswell really pleased

Ordered clothing online. Both top and trousers were exceptional quality. They arrived in local store within 3 days.staff in store were really friendly and helpful.

Second time my delivery has took over a week because Erith store doesn’t scan parcels at Christmas my order completely disappeared

I placed an order for an item of clothing for an occasion. I paid for next day delivery.
I received emails confirming item had been sent to Evri. Evri contacted me confirming they'd received item and would confirm when it was out for delivery.
Two days went past. No communication from Matalan or Evri why item hadn't been delivered.
I rang customer service only to be informed that ' perhaps ' my item had been damaged and, therefore not delivered.
Why wasn't I informed? Why did I have to chase my purchase ?
When anyone pays for next day delivery they pay, often, because the item is needed quickly.
There needs to be better communication between Matalan , Evri and ultimately inform the customer. Terrible lack of service!

I have tried several times to answer your questionnaire each time a different version was sent? However, when completed it never accepts as there is no ‘finish’ button to press and send!? Your system does not appear to be set up correctly.
I was trying very hard through your online chat system to return items which needed to be returned for a credit. I was eventually given a route which took me to the items I had bought being shown with boxes to tick for the items to be returned. I ticked the boxes but was blocked from going any further because an item I had chosen from Cotton Traders was not part of the ‘brand’ items I was returning?
This resulted in another online chat and I was asked if the QR code which I was requesting was in the bag the items came in. When I said it was not the person I spoke to said she would have to contact the company and get them to contact me. I am still waiting!?

I’m afraid this experience has not given me much confidence in your company’s return policy. Whilst the ordering and delivery was easy and quick and the goods well made your returns system leaves a lot to be desired!

Delivery speedy and efficient. Goods are good quality and value for money

I order some trousers label Gini London they didn't fit so wanted to return them. The returns note said I can't return them to matalan. I had to pay£5 to post them back to gini London. I won't be ordering labels like that anymore, it's a ripoff!

Order quick to get to store and easy to collect, kept up to date via email.

great fast and secure delivery, simply ordered and my correct goods arrived in good time., our delivery serve was EVRI and again we have no complaints about them either. honest review.

Ordered very easily on line and delivered the next day even though I had not paid for that . Lovely shorts , good quality and fit .
