I ordered a pair of hiking trainers…
I ordered a pair of Merrell hiking trainers from Mastershoe as they were the cheapest online with free delivery. Very quick delivery but unfortunately I didn’t like the trainers when they arrived. I used their returns service which only cost a fiver and my money was back in my account within 3 days of sending them back. Although the trainers were not suitable, I was very pleased with the delivery and return service and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Bought crocs sandals that were…
Bought crocs sandals that were advertised as size 5 they were size 37-38 so about 4.5. I would have bought the size up if I'd known. They were way too small & would have to pay to return them. Not impressed.

I am sorry to hear the Crocs do not fit. Unfortunately every brand can vary in size and size conversions also vary brand to brand. To help with this we do provide the full conversion in the size drop down box on our website and I can see the size selected was shown as UK 5 / EU 37-38 / US W7 at the time of purchase.
I am really sorry you are unhappy with the returns process. Unfortunately as a small independent retailer, we are unable to provide both free shipping and free returns. However, to assist with returns, we offer an optional subsidised return label available for purchase on our website. This label, costing £4.99 for a downloadable label, provides insured and tracked return postage for any item purchased from us. Alternatively the item can be returned using a method of your choice.
