As a returning customer to John and his fantastic team at Masterdriver I am now a proud owner of a Mini Countryman replacing the Mini Cooper I purchased from John 5 years ago. John and his teams knowledge of all things Mini are second to none. They are friendly, helpful, understanding and make the time to get to know you as a customer and your needs. Nothing is too much trouble and John always gives me his undivided time should I need to chat about anything to do with my car. I’m thrilled with my new car and will always say everyday I get into a Masterdriver Mini it feels like my birthday. I highly recommend anyone considering buying a Mini to speak to and visit John and his team if you want fabulous, relaxed, unpressurised service at the time of purchase and ongoing in the future.

Excellent experience all round. From the first phone call with John I was pleasantly surprised by his easy going nature. He is not your typical used car salesman, but instead a very knowledgeable, fair and pleasant person to deal with. Refreshing after previously viewing many cars and having bad experiences with pushy sales people.

John answered all my questions over the phone and provided further images when requested. I then travelled by train to Tring station, where the car was waiting for me and was taken on a long test drive. Within an hour I was driving back home to Birmingham in my new car!

It's worth mentioning that this dealership has a real eye for detail. Their cars are selected very carefully and this shows when you pull up and see all the cars immaculately presented on the forecourt. Their aftercare is also second to none. I had a small issue a few weeks after my purchase and John was quick to put it right for me.

Recently bought my Mini from Masterdriver and the team were fabulous. John was super knowledgeable and incredibly professional! All the Mini’s displayed were in great condition and it’s clear to see they are experienced with Mini’s. Super easy experience and did not feel pressured at all. We had agreed a price earlier on in the week and John reserved it for me until the weekend which was great. Really enjoyed buying our new Mini from John. The service and support we got from John and his team was outstanding throughout .. they could not have made things easier for us. John clearly has a real passion for minis and for looking after his customers and we are thrilled with our new car.
Whilst I was waiting in his office for some papers to come through John received a phone call from a clearly distressed lady who had bought a car from another dealer and things had gone terribly wrong and she was desperately trying to get some help and support from anywhere she could; although there was little in practice he could do to help her he listened at length to her problems, did a brilliant job trying to calm and re-assure her and then offered some ideas and solutions to try to help her; he showed genuine kindness to someone clearly in distress which was hugely impressive.

Excellent range of vehicles for sale backed by super customer service

I really admired the hard work, honesty and wealth of knowledge that the staff at this dealership demonstrated. There was a very impressive range of cars and finding one like the one I bought here would be very difficult! It’s a rare gem. I felt the deal I got was fair for the market and for all the features that the car has. In addition, the car was in good condition. I’d definitely much rather come back here and buy a car from people I trust and that I am confident know the product. Not only that but they can provide me with a service when required. Months on I am so happy with my car that I am almost glad my old one was written off! Thank you so much Masterdriver for your kindness and for making this a smooth transition, it made a very stressful experience a positive one.

The weekly shop fits in perfectly, the journey to work is a dream and I'm really loving all the little extras included in the model I choose.
