My experience with Mastercorp was extremely negative. While performing my job duties, I suffered a serious hand injury at work. Instead of providing support or allowing time for recovery, the company reduced my wages and terminated my employment shortly afterward.

I was dismissed solely because of my injury and the company’s belief that I could no longer perform at the same level. No medical evaluation, accommodation, or fair process was offered. I was also spoken to in a degrading and unprofessional manner.

Based on my experience, employee well-being and basic labor rights were not respected. I strongly recommend that anyone considering employment with this company carefully research their practices before applying.

Are you being harassed and threatened in the workplace?
Are you being targeted based off your skin and eye color by a couple of jealous freaks in the workplace?
Well then If you said yes then you better not make light of It or else you will be fired. Great Job Mastercorp.
